For a start I'll list what we gathered in the original Fauna thread and what else comes to mind.


acorn

cactus

capnuts

corn (whatever the Sunfolk grew exactly)

dreamberries

pawflower

puckernuts ???

pumpkin (grown at Two-Spear's time)

strangleweed

whistling leaves


and

mushrooms
various trees

crisp-anthemum ^^

I wondered if capnuts were hazelnuts. Acorns are a survival food, but they are bitter in their raw state.

The cacti that Redlance grew into fanciful shapes was the saguaro, and the cactus that Cutter sliced open was probably a barrel cactus.

I think the elves called pumpkins "punkins."

Strangleweed was magically shaped to form a trap in Blue Mountain. I have to assume that it's a deep-forest plant that needs very little light. I'm not sure how the net maintained its shape once the plant=shaper was gone.

We don't know how many different herbs Maggotty used, that were unique to the WoTM.
