| Thank you for the nice comment on the banner, Leanan. And and for noticing the story! ^^ I've managed to make the collage I had in mind for the grab-bag from the beginning. A scene for each element ... - rain - storm - metamorphosis - blooming - new beginnings ... and finally - after thinking over it - I found the connection. All elements are found in FQ and represented by Cutter's family members. Most scenes can stand for two or more elements but each one represents ONE element. ___________________________________________________ Indem du etwas tust, das dir oder jemand anderem gefällt, erschaffst du bereits einen Wert.

| Thank you, dear friend. It was a joyful work to do, the grab-bags still inspire me. Let me help you with the scenes, Hammer. The face in the water is adult Korafay (FQ #8), Sunstream's daughter. She represents blooming for obvious reason and because she has grown from precious newborn to beautiful young woman during the series. The human is a random guy who gifted her the "flower". Upper left is Skywise with his lovemate (FQ Prologue) in the rain. Moments later Ruffel is killed by skyfire - rain also represents the tears for me. On the right is the Recognition of Ember and Teir (FQ #2). Can you imagine a more overwhealming emotional storm, especially when you know what follows storywise? Left corner below is Leetah turning her sister into a human (FQ #7). A perfect mask - the perfect metamorphosis for me. Leaves Sunstream in the middle, sending The Call. Fully grown in his powers it's a new beginning for him and all elfkind. As I've told before - these scenes can stand for more than the one element I've dedicated to them in my imagination. I'll leave it to the viewer to find other combinations. And the gentle viewer will have to (re)tell the sories in mind I hope to trigger with this collage. ___________________________________________________ Indem du etwas tust, das dir oder jemand anderem gefällt, erschaffst du bereits einen Wert.

This is a really beautiful collage...and with your explanation for each element it clearly represents them all. Well done!!! ___________________________________________________ If you see a Fairy Ring In a field of grass, Very lightly step around, Tip-Toe as you pass, Last night Fairies frolicked there And they're sleeping somewhere near. ~

| That's what I hope for, Leanan ... that the simple collection of oictures will spark more thoughts and pictures and meanings. Though it was easier with the old stories almost everyone was familiar with. Good to know it workds with a bit of explanation, Fairyring. Those new beginnings of the grab bags I had to capture with a Final Quest collage! Thank you for the feedback and love. A lovely poem, Fairyring ... it's like matured Cutter thinks back to their first encounter and reflects what have grown since. And you've chosen such a lovely blooming background picture. Now there's something missing ... ... this longs for another poem (with onother element) about Cutter from Leetah's point of view - with the complementary picture. ___________________________________________________ Indem du etwas tust, das dir oder jemand anderem gefällt, erschaffst du bereits einen Wert. | |

| Well done! I rarely get inspired to write poetry in my own language, I could not hope to attempt anything in another language, with unfamiliar words, shaping an image in the mind where each word may have a different context for a native speaker... Great job! ___________________________________________________ | |

| Thank you! I felt very anxious about writing in another language than my mother language..grammar mistakes sure would have destroyed the whole poem. I will try to keep it up ( and even make Leetha speak some poetic words for her beloved Tam - good idea, Embala!) There are only a few days left for "building the May grab bag"...Leetha came into my mind...but different...as a sea goddess! She metamorphed herself. ___________________________________________________ If you see a Fairy Ring In a field of grass, Very lightly step around, Tip-Toe as you pass, Last night Fairies frolicked there And they're sleeping somewhere near. ~ | |

| Fairyring, your poem is sweet and lovely! And sea goddess Leetah is strange, mysterious and captivating. ___________________________________________________ | |

| Thank you, Leanan!
I hope that after this transformation my wavedancer version of Leetha still looks kind...and not like an evil character. I love Leetha's kindness as a healer. ___________________________________________________ If you see a Fairy Ring In a field of grass, Very lightly step around, Tip-Toe as you pass, Last night Fairies frolicked there And they're sleeping somewhere near. ~

| Okay, good to know Leanan . I am happy sea goddess Leetha still looks friendly to you. Thanks to Embala who inspired me to do this, here is a second poem (now Leetha is the speaker ). Again, just tell me if there are any grammar mistakes or false meanings. As native speakers you should find them at once! They should be corrected. ___________________________________________________ If you see a Fairy Ring In a field of grass, Very lightly step around, Tip-Toe as you pass, Last night Fairies frolicked there And they're sleeping somewhere near. ~ | |

| Another wonderful poem, Fairyring Now I imagine Leetah singing this at a Howl. Well ... with a small but vital change. ^^ It really shows how she embraced her new bond, the new life and the change it brings ... and joyfully. It's the song singing in her heart. - Fairyring wrote:
I love to see them reunited now. Sea goddess Leetah has a very alien alluring vibe. She looks as alien-exoctic as friendly. Keeping the drawing all blue in blue was a great choice - it adds to the mystery. - Quote :

It's possible to add to an "old" grab-bag! Not usual - not forbidden at all. ^^ ___________________________________________________ Indem du etwas tust, das dir oder jemand anderem gefällt, erschaffst du bereits einen Wert.

| Thank you Embala, also for putting the two poems together! Leetha and Cutter have a strong bond...even centuries can't separate them! If Leetha would sing her poem aloud, she would not say Cutters soulname though, right? ^^ Soulnames are tricky! ___________________________________________________ If you see a Fairy Ring In a field of grass, Very lightly step around, Tip-Toe as you pass, Last night Fairies frolicked there And they're sleeping somewhere near. ~ | |

Thank you! ^^' ___________________________________________________ If you see a Fairy Ring In a field of grass, Very lightly step around, Tip-Toe as you pass, Last night Fairies frolicked there And they're sleeping somewhere near. ~

| Ok, I put it in here, where it belongs and will delete in the other thread. New Beginnings Metamorphosis Blooming A storm Rain ...and all within an Easter-egg in April 2020, Embalas theme in near future in the Sea Raiders storyline... egg found Oh I just saw a nice sea goddess (Prayers work?) and another fine collage from Embala. The rest I have to look at, there so many entrys , cool, I don`t know , if I have all the time to read it all, but I will try. It would be great, if we could revive this grab bag thing.

| It's amazing, Yeee! It holds all the elements in an egg shell. Even mor - a beautiful, lively interpretation of Merbala going Sea-Raider!
