G0lden caught a spirit for the previous nest ... and the eager bee she is dragged in Ikopek as well. ^^

Our Chieftess went for the Chief of Chiefs again - very appropriate! You are right, Redhead, Ikopek is for nest #8 ... and G0lden was right, too. I've messed up with the numbers.

Evie returned to spear ... ooops - Shuna. You'll better take a net!

And Wolfie guided a Chieftess to the Palace ... well done! With her the nest came alive.

This was a fast find, Shadowpath ... looks like something irresistibly attracted you! Glad you like the nest already.
You got a sleepy cuddly wolf, G0lden ... an elfy one. And a wandering spirit - again. Tyldak seems to follow you. ^^
Fearless Redhead dragged in a not so cooperative jerk. ^^ Shuna dreams lively of her mates now!
And Evie asked Clearbrook nicely to come with her.

This went smooth ... but there are still two eggies waiting. And one for the day is not even dropped. Good Hunt!

Now that the nest shows nicely filled - surprisingly filled for you all, I bet - it's time to explain my choices.
It is Brill's love nest of course and Skimback, her former long time lovemate, is an obvious candidate. Sandsparkle, his recognized lifemate, is a logical assumption. She's an old friend of Brill and the three den together. There were nights when Brill did not sleep alone in her bed for sure.

Some of you will remember that there was an "Ask Elfmom" category on the old Scroll of Colors. One of the questions was about Brill and she was characterized as a girl who enjoys joinings with everyone by Wendy Pini.
And there was more  ... it was told by Brill that "... once she offered joining even to the Broken One" but he rejected the offer. I've decided to use it - stated by the creator it's to be considered canon, right? ^^

Yes, this nest is not complete ... told you completation is not mandatory.

It says #8, but I think the number might be wrong.

Huh, I was sure today's nest would be Brill and her boys (Sunstream, Spine, and Skimback - she quite likes guys starting with 's'), but... Reef? Or... maybe it's a clue that he's in his 'Broken One' form?

... Redhead has called him out. And once again your instincts work pretty well, Red. Your idea about the nest isn't too far fetched and yes, there is a reason he's in his 'Broken One' form. A matter of point of view ... a conclusion not far to seek ... insider knowledge (in terms of being an old Scrollie) ... a next to canon relationship that was neither mentioned nor shown in the comics ..

... in short: Being Nastybad Hatchthing!

I see the nest eggs drop in quickly. Congrats to your prey, Kat and Wolfie!
The possible nest eggs you've discovered were gift eggs from last year, Redhead. Looks like I havn't marked those found at all. I'd better try to clean out the threads when this season is closed!

Now who's missing for the sea star homes? You'll need to think a bit creative!

This nest will be special in several ways. The motives may surprise you  - there is a reason for it. And thoughts behind someone else will share ... hopefully.
There will be some more eggies than you expect - because I can. So keep looking even though someone seems to be found already. And some eggies will be reserved - because I want.

Found my little eggs. I really like how they turned out! Winnowill, so close to a massive victory and the beginning of Rayek's downfall that he wont every really recover from. Splendid work!

Glad to know you like that nest, Shadowpath. You've asked for one with a darker mood ... you've chosen another kind of aesthetics ... and begged to show the side behind the pretty mask. No - you've convinced me! And it was a pleasant task ... minus ONE of them!
Your special nest ... your eggs. Characters you've asked for. *granted* Thank you for all your help this year and for giving me new ways to see.

And G0lden cleaned the floor! *chuckles* Nicely distributed over the nests - great hunt!
Another nest could be finished ... one that will need a bit of explanation. I've added it to the nest post.
