| Shadowpath, I feel like your work is getting stronger - it's always seemed strong to me, strong lines and strokes, etc.... but looks more confident and bold. I absolutely love it. You're extremely talented.
I think your facial expressions are flowing more or something when I look each time. Each time I check back here, they're coming more and more to life! ___________________________________________________ Thank you for the beautiful banner, Embala | |

| Hehe, I think it's because I've been somewhat rusty when it comes to my elves, Zadzi. Coloured one of panels I made recently. ___________________________________________________ 'We're all broken, in different ways, in varying degrees.'

| Aw shucks, Zadzi. XD Just trying something. Ended up drawing two canon characters. Skyfire and Nightdancer. (Nightdancer as named by Starear )Tall one is my character, Merheen, member of the Timeless. A criminally young High One who went on a bit of jaunt and ended up near Two-Spear’s (at the time Swift-Spear) tribe. While near the wolfrider he let’s everybody think he’s just firstborn of the High Ones. (Seemingly because it’s easier and wont result in anybody tearfully asking ‘what happened’ and also means most of the wolfriders will leave him alone.)
Have no real idea behind what's going on here, just that Merheen is in one way or another, dismissing the value of something/not thinking something of his would have value to the wolfriders. ___________________________________________________ 'We're all broken, in different ways, in varying degrees.'

| Not my art. We were doing some ‘give names to the nameless’ in the chat some days ago and the healer/midwife here got named Thyme.Just wanted to figure out her colour scheme.___________________________________________________ 'We're all broken, in different ways, in varying degrees.'

| I like how you give snippets of what your elves are doing. They're very lively, Shadowpath! Also I love the colors on Thyme, and her hair. ___________________________________________________ Thank you for the beautiful banner, Embala | |

| Glad to hear that Zadzi! =D
I have a fleshshaper who can change her appearance and has had several identities throughout her life. She has over the years become gradually more unstable due to her all the identities she’s had over the years.Order and tribe they belonged to (if they did). Kraka, wanderer.
High/False-Daughter, Hunt.
Vireen, Glider.An-Shara, Sun-Folk possibly. (Left) Azar, Wanderer and (right) Elder-Shade, Timeless. Sleeper, Timeless.‘’Kravianazes’’ is also able to change her gender as she wishes, but prefers to be female simply because she likes having children. She does have one male identity but I haven’t been able to uncover him yet. ___________________________________________________ 'We're all broken, in different ways, in varying degrees.'

| My High One Merheen has a tendency of only having daughters (so far he only has one son named Juunkat). Merheen’s daughters all share Merheen’s dark blue eyes and a tendency of being somewhat awkward, weird, creepy or otherworldly.
Merheen’s second daughter, who’s current name is Weaver-of-Shadows, is considered to be both creepy and otherworldly. (At least according to Beyond, the one sitting it the chair) Weaver-of-Shadows’ previous names were ‘Eyes-of-Night’ and ‘Path-of-Shadows’.
While in the Palace, Merheen created an ability he calls Shadow Wandering, which is basically the physical version of ‘Going Out’/astral projection and let’s the user slip into a dark world of shadows. Shadow Wandering is a rare skill and it only show up in those directly related to Merheen.
The skill is very hard to master and Merheen even lost the ability after the crash of the Palace. He only managed to regain it in Two-Spear’s time. It showed up in Weaver-of-Shadows (at the time named Eyes-of-Night) in a drastically weakened state but grew more and more powerful as time went on. By Cutter’s time Eyes-of-Night has become Weaver-of-Shadows and surpassed her father’s mastery of the skill and has begun to create shadow-fabric for clothes. (Something Beyond opposes because the fabric reminds him eerily of wrapstuff.)Beyond has inherited the skill but dislikes the power immensely and doesn’t actively use it. Buniq has little mastery over the skill and has little fondness for it. Both Beyond and Buniq have managed to get completely displaced (as in moved to completely different location outside the Shadowgrounds) by the ability.
Known Shadow Wanderers (so far) are: Merheen, Weaver-of-Shadows, Beyond and Buniq. ___________________________________________________ 'We're all broken, in different ways, in varying degrees.'

| I love Thyme! The braid turned out fab. You've obviously put lot of thought in Kraka's design - detailed and flattering. The exressions and interactions are lively and lovingly-happy ... I figure Kraka is with child? ___________________________________________________ Indem du etwas tust, das dir oder jemand anderem gefällt, erschaffst du bereits einen Wert. | |

I'm happy to hear you love her, Embala! =D I think I need to draw Thyme a few more times, her braid is rather difficult to draw due to how big it is. And yes, Kraka is with child. - Outlier wrote:

=D I'm really happy to hear that! I don't really have any idea of how good I am at drawing expressions and body language. (Except when it comes to Res being hysteric) Speaking of Res. Wanted to draw Res spending time with his firstborn, Tananek. They ended up looking/writng symbols the Silver Hills trolls (neighbours to the Timeless) use in their writing. The thing above Res is a lamp that has glow stones in it. ___________________________________________________ 'We're all broken, in different ways, in varying degrees.'

| Due to Merheen's powers he's incredibly good at hiding himself away from others. I liked the idea of Skyfire being able to actually find him (due to a very wonky Recognition) because it confuses him to an ungodly degree. ___________________________________________________ 'We're all broken, in different ways, in varying degrees.'

| Comic idea I ended up drawing.Maaldri, formerly from the Sunfolk and one week into her stay with the Timeless, discovers Preservers. She ends up running into Merheen, one of the High Ones of the Timeless, who gives her a very short explanation and shows her what they’re used for.Panel 1:Maaldri: Those winged, talking creatures...they’re not from this world, are they?Panel 2:Merheen: Goodness no, dear. This world isn’t able to make wondrous things.Panel 3:Merheen: When the High O-...erh, when we left our Homeworld the Preservers were one of the small creatures we took with us. They proved to be very useful on our long travels.Panel 4: Maaldri: Why? What can they do?Merheen: They make web. Maaldri: Web? For...clothing?Merheen: Well, you can use it for that. Back then, it was mostly used for something else.Panel: 5:Maaldri: ??Panel 6:Maaldri: You...wrap up your dead?Merheen: They’re not dead. Merely sleeping. Preserver web can stop time itself. ___________________________________________________ 'We're all broken, in different ways, in varying degrees.'
