Greg Allman, founder and lead singer of the Allman Brothers Band is gone at 69.  Allman passed peacefully at his home in Georgia.  The rock and blues singer had many health issues in his later years including a liver transplant.  His unique style of song writing brought about hits such as: Ramblin' Man and other great hits.  He will be greatly missed.

Sorry to see him go. Return of liver cancer. (The liver transplant in 2010 was controversial. He had a history of drug abuse, and people wondered why the liver didn't go to someone else.)

He was married to Cher for a short time, and they had a son.
