This becomes tricky indeed, Leanan
. It's fun to try! #4
- redhaired riddle ... NOT Coral. :sctach: ... must be a Wavedancer. We already had:
- Brill, Krill, No-Ripple, Foam, Moonmirror, Spray, Korafay, Fairshell and Farbright, Skimmer (of course),and Longfin -
leaves: Sandsparkle. Well, she's "dark-blonde" with blue eyes for me - but her colors are very variant. And I exclude Wavelet and Little Minnow.#1
- Yup, I'm right. This fits for Hummer (short brown hair, brown eyes, blue neck thingy)#2
- blonde, pink and "stormy" - Rellah ... would fit with Willowgreen, too #3
- looks very much like Willowgreen! ... pretty sure we have not seen her so far. Tears like rain.#4
- blonde "worrier" under the stars ... named? Hm... daring a guess: young Sapling?#5
... in blue with flowers in the hair - Rainbow. #6
- "berry eyes" in the rain - pretty sure the rain is a clue - clueless for now#7
- educated guess - Softfoot (her vibe fits better for the chiefs mate than #6
Your beautiful maiden with the brown locks must be Shenshen - she wears her colors and human style.
And the girlie in pink must be Elona in princess mode . otherwise she has stolen her belt. XD Very pleasing color edit, Leanan.

I've bribed you to complete your "usual suspects", Kat
... and you did more!
I love to see my little darling Tywaves - the jewelry and violet top suit her well. So true to herself ... just as Ribbon. I've figured that she would go for the haze ^^ and the feather adornement is a pretty substitute for a real ribbon.
Li(anne?) is about to blaze into blue flames! Unexpected appearance and unusual design - but it works! Rainthorwen is another darling
- and I've heard the call. ^^ Hope to be able to do something for her soon.
and riddles to most part ... O.O Let's see what you might have for us, Leanan! #1
- blue riddle ... my bets are on Farbright!#2
- whitehaired riddle - must be Fairshell of course!#3
- greeneyed riddle - well, hairdo fits Drift ^^ ... but I go for Shimmer!#4
- redhaired riddle ... is a true riddle. To give it a try: Coral how ChristinaRaibert colored her?#5
- no riddle ^^ ... this must be Longfin! Too perfect.
She even has sad eyes.
New lovely maker ... and Lady Venovel is a most beautiful start! *claps* Just love her expression.
Young Shuna with a curious wolf cub - lovely. And there is sweet Elmy with Twigleg! ^^

You're a living "mers" generator, Yeee
*echoes Leanan* ... and at least YOUR auru looks pretty much like Rayek. ^^ with Yann as Cutter ... does this turn Zoom into Mermain? XD#13
- "... - see who she is with" What does this mean, Leanan
? We already had Gibra ...
# 4 - still a riddle ... - but Mardu would complete the company! Thinking about it - colors fit!
- I see Wavedancers
- Moonmirror for sure!#4
- most likely young Spray #5
- and this one ... green hair, green eyes, a next-to-nothing for skirt - must be Korafay!
You got hooked, Kat
Tynami is such a cutie *hugs and cuddles* and young change looks sweet. Was it "Stormbreeze" with the blue dress? Last not least a purring Kat! *chuckles*
Would you add Tywaves with this violet "haze" of nothing? O.O Or - would this belong to Ribbon?

- Rahnee! - I LOVE her!#4
- could be Ember ... but the hair should be wavy and wie already have her. Lost for now.#5
- Yun - next try ... would make sense for me . Or - ist it Urda?#6
- and this Yun? (before Stargazer's Hunt coloring)
(had vorgotten that this maker aktually HAS white hair :rool: )
Your girls turned out fab!
Leanan looks very true - intriguing take on Dilah - intense Raven - and another lovely Greensong.
Sharktricker is a tease - Greensong a delicate beauty - and shy reluctant Aureen.

not too bad this time ... but wrong again with the current riddles. Let's try again ...#12
My first speculation was about Urda - short (fair) hair and generally fitting top#13
the background must have a reason - standing for magic? this and the color scheme ... makes Goodtree?
a bald head - a sunmaiden ... who says that Minyah has hair? ^^#2
this time it must be Serrin - everything fits!#3
but this short-haird beauty is a riddle. VERY pale ... Yeyeen? #4
I'm lost ... really O.O ... did we already have Rillfisher?#5
here my bets are on Trueflight!
I'm amazed that you still find easily recognizable chars in this maker, Leanan
- and I love your imagination!

Lokks like I was slightly more successful this time. ^^#1
- Brownberry - confirmed#2
- Joyleaf - confirmed #3
- Eyes High - confirmed#4
- I'm obsessed with Crescent! XD Let's take her sister Freetouch - short hair is a clear hint. ^^#5
- Ahhh ... young Satreeka again!
Noticed the skin tone - thought it's just flushing/blushing.#6
- Bethia - confirmed#7
- Toorah - confirmed#8
- second best guess: Dodia -Palace style#9
- Kahvi - confirmed#10
Vaya - confirmed #11
- violet eyes, a familiar necklace ^^ and a violet top - this time it is Crescent! (with long hair)#12
- looks like Yun ... kinda#13
- a riddle ... with sad eyes. Blond and green. Willowgreen?#14
- Cool version of Kasleen! #15
- and lovely Sefra comlete with headpiece.
Definitely High Ones around. Well done, Leanan

Awww... I'm really disappointed that the first two were not Crescent and Rillfischer. I'd have liked them this way. Not so surprised for missing the others. XD It's a guessing game with this maker - and fun to "imagine".
Still going for Beloved Dead ... next idea: Brownberry! #1
- bangs, color and necklace fit - much better than my first idea!#2
- taking my competitive thoughts - blue eyes and flower adornement: Joyleaf? Top is still wrong - Goodtree.#3
- Eyes High (already confirmed)#4
- hair-do of "hazel eyes" always looked familiar - Crescent. Now the "wet" top makes sense. ^^#5
- unsure about Gibra's eye color - going with the High One vibe of the dress!
No reason to apologize, Leanan
. *bows to your effort and imagination* #6
- auburn locks, green eyes, turquoise top with frills - perfect for Bethis.#7
- the maker is missing a hood ^^ - Toorah for sure!#8
- a sunmaiden with bangs, staright dark hair, brown eyes - and a prettier version of Serrin's style.#9
- either a complete riddle or Kahvi ... judging from the eyes and the lack of maker options XD#10
-and because this cutie must be Vaya. *pout* I want it.
Koiyeee looks awesome, Yeee
! Love your white strands and the spreckles - and it fits the koi design. ^^
for the new top. It's fantastic!

- Sorry for the double post... I figure if this needs to be split into uts own thread, though, Id make it easy.
If I may, @Tymber (and all else), if we were given a blank script and asked what we would want to see put on the screen as something Elf Quest themed (trying to keep all other constraints as open as possible), what would YOU want to see?
Hah - did you make a new post? Did someone merge it back into this one? You mention splitting it? I don't mind.
My script would follow very close to what we see in the Original Quest.
Starts with a Palace screaming towards the world - doing quick cuts - showing Palace falling/going inside, seeing everyone panicking - yelling at the Preservers ("Fairies") to wrap them up/Palace falling/inside/until impact into a mountain where we see the Palace remains intact, but causes a crater. Show seasons pass, rocks collapse, snow comes, and the Palace is slowly buried.
This is all done in about 3 minutes of film time.
Cut to inside the Palace, and one of the Elves breaks out of the webbing; tearing it away. Looks around to see others in webbing. Tears it open and together they head outside. They're greeted by cave men (why, in the OG did it look like the Palace crashed next to a forest but in reality at the end of OG it's dead center in a mountain? My script would make it so it was always a damn mountain). The cave men react as they did in the comic and begin slaughtering - and so a few escape, and see wild life, imitating wolves and bears, to quickly confuse the humans and thus easily escape.
Show the humans sitting around the Palace, show a scene with coming and going seasons, very rapidly - and slowly see the humans evolve into what we see the followers of Gotra (sp?) look like. Pan across the map, while doing this - zooming through the world with a first person perspective - along the land, woods, rivers, lakes - until it stops just above the holt - And we see an elf trapped - Redlance - and see Cutter and Skywise watching. We see Cutter touch his forehead and mentally call the others (to show they're capable of telepathic communication that EQ fans will know as Sending). They rush in and rescue Redlance but the human shaman shouts to burn them out of the woods and immediately set fire.
The elves flee to the trolls - who look like the same trolls we saw inside the Palace, running around, just bigger, stronger.
They explain what has happened - and Greymung says he knows of a wooded area - tells Picknose to lead them. And it follows end of issue #1
, and into #2
- where he betrays them and traps them. The elves, travel with the wounded Redlance and after several days come to Sorrow's End, where rather than the big fight - the Wolfriders introduce themselves - and many of the elves are fascinated, but not all that startled - they bring them to Savah who explains she was one of the High Ones who fled - and she explains that when the Palace came to the world of two moons, something siphoned the magic - and the Palace crashed - and that the High Ones had to flee the humans. Skywise sees a large stone - and asks about it - and she explains it's a fragment of the Palace. He asks to break a piece off and sees it always points the same way. (So I change how he gets the lodestone; and also indicate it's the stone trying to get "back home").
Fast forward a few years, and Cutter mentions to Skywise he's interested in going back to see if they can find the Palace of the High Ones. Following the stone - it leads Cutter, Skywise and several of the other Wolfriders who go (One-Eye, for example, Strongbow, and perhaps some of the Sorrow's End, such as Rayek) back to where they just came where the trolls are gone. We see Cutter & Skywise's budding relationship here as they recall all kinds of stories together; and they discuss very other members of the tribe, so we get to know a little about each one. Leetah finds herself more and more drawn to Cutter, which makes Rayek jealous. This builds up over their travel.
I would skip Blue Mountain, and make it so they eventually arrive to the mountain. There they encounter the frozen trolls who are far more brutal - and when Cutter almost dies (similar to how he did in the OG) - Leetah touches him to heal him - and in that moment Recognition happens - which makes Rayek furious. The Go-Backs arrive and help - and turn the tide of battle; there's some casualties (such as One-Eye). We meet the main Go-Backs (Kahvi and Vaya) who talk about they've been trying to "go back" to the Palace for years now. Now with the Wolfriders, who possess magic (such as Redlance) and the Sorrow's End (Leetah and Rayek), the Go-Backs believe they have a chance now.
Epic battle. Palace reclaimed.

- well, who of the newer characters has depth anyway?
Although, many of the old established characters aren't fleshed out either. I mean, I like Clearbrook, but she isn't exactly a deep character. She's a type ("the wise one") and she had her 15 min in the spotlight*, but we don't really know who she is. Supposedly she's "more fun than Strongbow and Moonshade" but we firstly don't know what that means and secondly we never see that in action.
Character development doesn't even need to be in words. In can be conveyed in expression and action.
I picked up ElfQuest back when it was in the B&W Magazine format. I think issue #2
was my first issue.
It didn't take long at all for me to become attached to Cutter and Skywise. Clearly the main characters.
Redlance was my favorite by appearance. Nightfall staying with him gave so much detail to her.
Their expressions - Redlance's pained face, Nightfall's concerned look. Clearly they were in love.http://elfquest.com/read/index.php?s=OQ/OQ02&p=8
This is something I've not seen for a long time. Everyone looks like a cardboard. They all just stand around. No one does anything that stands out - say like when Cutter got in the ol' King's face.http://elfquest.com/read/index.php?s=OQ/OQ01&p=26
All of these expressions - and dynamic shots - simply don't exist.
Everyone stands around, or sits, in simple, uninteresting poses, giving them all the same flat personality.
And, I am the first to admit. I do hold ElfQuest to a standard. Wendy's art is unparalleled. Or was.
When I read ElfQuest - I am expecting the best. Anything less, and it's going to be disappointing.
But that's just me. I'm old. Yelling at kids to get off my lawn. Yelling at passing clouds.

Redlance is perhaps the character I associate myself with the most. His gentle spirit and love of nature, speak to me. He is also what I thought was the coolest looking of the elves when I had EQ (OG) #2
. And it didn't hurt that his love mate was Nightfall, who I instantly developed a comic book crush for.

From the day I saw Nightfall, way back in ElfQuest (OQ) #2
(I didn't have #1
), I thought she was so beautiful. And seeing how she stayed with Redlance in the desert when it came to moving on and he couldn't - pretty much just sealed my love of her forever.
She was also, to me, one of the most beautiful. Because she had thickness to her, which got away from what you always see in super hero comics, of ultra thin waists and big breasts.
And this was just the nail in the coffin, to have my forever infatuation with her.
I hate how she's currently being drawn in Final Quest (well, I suppose it's technically over) - because they took away that thickness that they had her with and made her bone skinny.

That's Yun with Goldruff, right?
Because if we're looking at updated profiles... Yun's is incorrect, still.https://elfquest.com/yun/Yun is the only known child of Skywise. However, her heart is as big as the sense of adventure she inherited, and she ended up adopting the orphaned-human cub, Khorbasi and raising him as her own.
So, this is interesting... how my view is different than everyone else's.
Let me start by saying, nothing is going to compare to the Original Quest.
To date, that's some of my favorite comic book story telling in ALL of comics (including Marvel, DC, Image, etc).
That said, Siege and Kings were great - but even there, I didn't care for the toothpick look Wendy went with for everyone. Everyone was suddenly super bone thin. But, I still enjoyed it. I think she was trying to evolve the character's appearances from the 70's bell bottom looks some had (namely Cutter) originally.
The stuff that followed, was... OK. Some good, some bad. A lot of the "contracted work" I didn't care for - not because it wasn't Wendy, but because it didn't feel like ElfQuest - whether that was Jink, Rebels, Wild Hunt - even some of the ElfQuest specific stuff felt off to me - like Kahvi, Two-Spear, Rogue's Curse, etc.
Then Final Quest comes along.
Pretty much the entire time - the entire time - I complained. Every issue, I was more frustrated than the last. But I hung on, waiting for that great reveal.
That great reveal was Cutter's demise (not in a heroic way, mind you) - which, already bothered me. I hate Pulp Fiction because you had a main character shot on the toilet. (Yes, I get that movie has a ton of fans. I am not one of them). Then the Cutter/Timmain soul thing.
That nearly broke the camel's back for me.
It cheapened everything - EVERYTHING - about Cutter to me.
It utterly ruined Cutter. Forever. FOR. EVER.
That to me was similar to Vader in Return of the Jedi. I felt compassion towards Vader, despite the evil we'd heard about, when Luke takes off his mask, and he had tried to redeem himself by destroying the Emperor.
Then episode III comes out - and we see him essentially murder children.
His redemption in Return of the Jedi was ruined. Because then all I could think was he was a child killer. And that's unforgivable.
But Stargazer's Hunt is announced and I say, "It's ElfQuest. I've collected it all my life."
comes out, I scream, shout, yell, everyone is bone thin, art looks weird. Story isn't interesting. More lame twists.
comes out - OK, this seems better than the first issue. More enjoyable. Getting some character moments here.
comes out - I find myself enjoying it. Not kidding. I still can't stand Jink. The entire notion that she becomes this futuristic character. Had I no idea of what she becomes, I'd probably more invested in her. However, knowing that she becomes a futuristic character - I also know nothing is going to happen to her. She won't get killed or die, or else that breaks... whatever ElfQuest considers a "time stream." Skywise bailing on Jink, not a surprising move. People claim "oh, nice, father of the year" - but the Wolfriders led short lives, back in the day. It probably was not uncommon that someone else raise someone's child because parents perish. And it's not like Skywise was leaving her in a dangerous situation. She was in the Palace. Safest place in the universe in his eyes. And time being whatever it is in ElfQuest, he probably thought he could make his way back easily.
Now, what I don't get is exactly why he left. That reasoning seems unclear - I mean, I get why. But I don't get what he hoped to accomplish. If Jink can just "teleport" to Goldgruff - why couldn't Skywise teleport to where ever he was going - rather than going the long route - so that he'd need a Preserver to wrap him up? That part eludes me.
And then someone in this thread mentioned Jink was the only character showing nipples all the time. And I had to go back and look. I was like, "How did I - as a dude - miss nipples?" lol Because all I ever see is Timmain barely being covered. And I only found one place where Jink's "nipples" are "visible" - and it's one panel - and I had to strain to see it - it wasn't blatantly obvious to me. Clearly, since I missed it (it's the panel before we see Goldruff rubbing his arms).
I don't get the copy and paste references folks have mentioned? I get the idea of copy and paste, but I am not recognizing where that's happening?
Is it great? No. But it's miles better to me, both art and story, in this issue - than any given issue of Final Quest. And maybe I am just thankful for that.
Although the wiped memory thing is becoming a troupe. It happened a few months back in a recent issue of New Mutants too.
My actual main annoyance is Goldruff - and not his name (I may be typoing it, don't care to check) - and Yun. These two bare too much of a resemblance to Cutter and Skywise (for obvious reasons) - but it just looks like they're preparing to write the "Goldruff & Yun Adventures" of ElfQuest to replace Cutter and Skywise with their children who bare a very, very, very strong resemblance to them. Like why couldn't Goldruff have Leetah's skin tone? Or her hair color? Instead of being a Cutter-clone. And Yun, with the Skywise head band rather than the old cloth headband she used to wear. Ugh.

In keeping with the theme, Sunstream once again awoke, this time in his own bed alongside Brill. Remembering that bearing fountain and stream takes constant practice, he started his day with the meditation and exercises taught to him in the Sun Village so long ago until he was sure he could stand all the input, including the e-mail in his box.
And so after that, and a terrible period in time stuck in traffic, Sunstream arrived at the University, to show the students the secrets of frequency and vibration.
"Good afternoon class, i am Sunstream and i am here to show you how the Scroll of Colors and Recognition work such that some notions may be dispelled. Few know that the Scroll itself, the artifact in the Palace, is just a finger pointing to the moon. A better analogy, rather would be a magnifying glass, able to look in on minute fractions of infinity. The truth of the matter is more as follows: The clear light contains all the many colors in potential, and when split by the prism of consciousness the primary archetypes emerge."
Sunstream pulled out an ancient artifact known as the Aero Prism, an item he picked up originally during his meditation retreat on Algol III. He directed the students to shutter the windows and turn off the lights, opening one up a small extent to let direct sunlight in - as in, the opening was aligned with the sun. He put the prism in the beam, and it sent a splash of colors into the eyes of the students in the front row, many of which were humans considered metaphysically advanced enough to take this course.
Each of us is a shade of one of these sixteen primary bands. I know this looks different to the human students from what they are used to, however the nature of the Aero-Prism is to make things visible which are normally hidden, and my intent was so that you could see these colors as we do. The names of these archetypes are in Sanskrit, from the ancient human religion of Buddhism.
The highest frequency at the top belongs to Samantrabadhra, an archetype of primordial wisdom. You can see the good of this archetype in Strongbow: he is like a primordial, powerful source of the Way speaking from times before elves landed. However, the worst? we dont like talking about her. Either way, extremely powerful. Often depicted in the human religion wearing little to nothing, and so are both of the above.
The next lowest is Candraprabha the moon bodhisattva, which may as well literally be Moonshade: she is also a high, mystical vibration, making quite the compatible pair with a Samantrabhadra. If this one goes off
their axis, the result looks like Kahvi.
Note that Strongbow and Moonshade also act like the higher chakras of the tribe.
Manjushri is the archetype of a noble warrior with keen insight about the Way, such as Cutter. These tend to make great authority figures and law enforcement. A malfunctioning one can become a brutal authoritarian.
Akashagharba, Sky Treasure is another one like Moonshade - it may as well literally mean Skywise. Fun fact: these types tend to look goofy but get lucky anyhow. Fun fact #2
: the lead singer of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Anthony, was one of these, and it explains everything about "Cant Stop". Theres a few other songs of his like that.
And for the record, ive never met the guy, he must be hallucinating.
Maitreiya or Krishna: Is the archetype currently teaching this class!
Notice that the above three, blues and cyans communicate and are oustpoken, although aqua is kind of introspective like the below greens who are about inner awareness and deep compassion:
Ksitigharba or Vishnu: Actually the parent archetype of Maitreya, generally known for being loving, hard working, and self sacrificing. Lily "Ruffel" was one such person: by all means Skywise and his lodestone should have been hit.
Suryaprabha, the Sun Goddess: This one belongs to Dewshine and Redlance, who are just rays of sunshine
Avalokitesvara or Kwan Yin: The goddess of compassion, this is Leetah.
Yellows and oranges are firey powerful types, warriors and guardians.
Vajrapani, aka Shiva: A complex and rather dark archetype prone to fits of rage and destruction, some of which however is justified karma. Rayek is like this, and so surprisingly is Mender and a lot of other doctors....
Sitatapatra, the White Parasol: This archetype is a shield against black magic: she is Venka. Tyleet is like this as well, she guarded against -her- other favorite form of black magic which was altering the weather patterns around the Holt.
Durga: This goddess is the spear and the arrow - hello Nightfall.
Reds and infrareds are about either the ability to see through or break through.
Vajragharba: Dispeller of illusions. This is Dart, and for him it is an inner battle.
Amoghadarsana, or the Unfailing Eye of the Serpent: This is Scouter.
Vasudhara the Bejeweled, goddess of wealth and fertility: Newstar.
Aksayamati, Inexhaustible Awareness: This is Pool.
Sarvanivarana, Remover of Obstacles: Skot was like this archetype. Not sure which other one youd want to bust open a door, Treestump might do it but pull something in his back.. perhaps Cutter, but Skot was really solid.

Thank you, Embala
I hope you and all you other father tree tribe mates are well!
Yeah, maybe it is his cub name. I hope so. I wonder how his name translate into German? Goldkrause? Goldkragen? Or is the ruff the bird Kampfläufer?
The art... I know Wendy does the covers and layouts and Sonny draws over them. #1
was imo okay... #2
I was hopefull and #3
is fully back to copy-paste-badness. Even the over used copy-paste FQ Sunstream is back

Hmmm, so now we know from the blurbs of #2
what will happen next.
Why do Cutter and Skywise even freak out about the reveal? I'm a human and would probably not freak out of my mind if this would happen to me (I'd be shocked, sure, but I would also be curious). Why should it be such a problem for them, that Timmain and Cutter share a soul? Elves don't put such an emphasis on individualism as we humans do, right?

I like to see her with some leaves ... glad you appreciate too.
Going on with the Viking maker

I'm sure it's about Cutter's spirit ... and the mentioned sister is Shuna. Thus this poem should be sung by Sunstream, because he's shown to have a special connection with Shuna. But - shouldn't Ember be the "most loved"? *stumped*
Doesn't work - because Sunstream is in the Palace. Cutlet (my initial thought after the first verse) never was seen in interaction with Shuna. Leaves Ember ... but I don't remember a noticible connection between the foster sisters.
Is it your special view on the sisters? Artistic license? Or - were you tricky and used all three ...Cutlet #1
, Sunstream #2
, Ember #3
? (non for Shuna because she cannot feel spirits). This would be my interpretation ist I'd be up to make a collage.
Or ... have you stumped me again? ^^ Anyway - I LOVE it because it makes me think!
- Quote :
- Soul met soul,
ere eyes met eyes.
A soul in different parts.
He longed to see her eye-to-eye,
she heard, and met his heart.
This IS about a Recognition, is it?
And the second one ... my "collage interpretation" would be still
... but I'm curious to find out your intention.
It's discussable, whether Winnowill is "dead". She and Rayek would be an interpretation for this second poem - an interesting one.
But I found out while writing: It's much more literal. Mender and Dart.
Nice to see you again, Redhead
and your writing is always a treat!

All about sprites!
Your "kids" are easy to recognize - fresh memory, catchy designs and detailed realization. Gamer, Two-wolves, Tarnish and Lhathron are spot on. Blackmoth even shows her moth-shaped top. The extra tiny base is perfect for little Rainthorwen.
The second and third were not in the group you've posted before. #2
reminds me of a girl you've once introduced as Katten. No idea about the little one in red, tho.
Our new creations
... clear and detailed and adorable. Young Tinder, colorful Pyre, *is lost with this girl*
, Coal as a Kung Fu fighter made me chuckle, Keni suddenly reminds me of young Scouter, Savannah, Goldfire - unique with his "golden" skin, Kaer turned out as fair and friendly as I envision him, definitely Mouse - complete with bow ... and elf ears?, our Ashcan (one with scars!), Grinwad in his trollish glory ... and three bright and lively bugs. ^^ Gems!
And there are more - precious tiny Flower Elves.
I see Amaryllis - very typical colors and shape. Beautiful strong Blue - I can even spot her dragon pattern! I see Petyn with her green leggins and violet/white mix. Rose shows pretty in different hues of pink. Licoris turned out amazing - you've torally captured her delicathy. Blossom will always be unmistakable! Mima comes in purple/white and green - as individual as everyone here. Last not least Lotus - if nothing else her blue shoes would identify her!
This base is really perfect for the living flowers, Kat!
You were busy last night, Kat! Not only many Flower sprites lined up - Calla got new duds, too.
She shows some characteristics of my try
... and very content in her white and golden glory.
Speaking of Glory ... I see two blossoms in a dark green bed, one in blue/white and on in purple white! LOVE it! A very different approach and defining colors and pattern. *bows*
I've spotted Firewheel before in the Toyhouse.
Well done, Kat! Once they are born they refuse to fall into oblivion.
Hhmmm... Maybe my try on Calla can stay as a variant look? O.O
Goldspark, Rosepetal and Skydive beam in Jeedai
Radiant! I love how he handled the problem of the "not defined" eye colors. Looks like I should come up with toppers for our
Do you think Jeedai would be interested in portaying my "Palace Mountain" bugs? I remember that he "collected" any Preserver designs buzzing around in earlier days. To show you what I'm speaking about: HERE
are (clock-wise starting upper left) Windleaf, Grashopper, Redfleck and THERE
hide Skyblossom, Sunfluff and Nightwing (clock-wise starting bottom left). I could define eye colors, too.
Whatever he'd come up with would be awesome! I have to ask. (toonies still wait for propper attention)

I'm lost ... #1
does not look like Skot at all (and not like Scouter or Pool) ... That's all I can think of. He's pictured so detailed and characteristic - pretty sure it will be a Duh!
once I know. IS he a Go-Back? Named? FQ costume? (because older ones I tend to recall easier) ... any hint you want to give, Leanan
PURPLE-black hair and colorful and a Sunvillager - who else than Ahnshen! Really should have remembered - and recognized! - this one!
*needs to open the barber shop soon*
