An company has their office near us with huge glass windows so we can see right in. And a woman working in at a desk near the window had brought her little doggo with her. It was sitting in the window sill looking all the people🥰

OMG there's a fire in the roof of the building across our street I see the smoke, it's incredible! And just now when it was showing and all. Really hope nobody got seriously hurt.
Were okay at least, just watching it, but it's pretty serious buisness.

I remember thet there was a barn fire right vis-a-vis when I was a child. At night. I was as fascinated as frightend. Luckily the fire brigade managed to keep the neighbours' house safe - at least most of it.

Should see a wildfire coming at you. Ther 49er fire in 88 jumped between my grandparents place and a company called Grass Valley Group. No fun in capitals.

Seriously - there are "fascinating" events I neither wish to encounter nor want to be part of it.
I'm deeply impressed by the posers of nature - fascinating to watch ... but when it becomes real and Harmful - fascination will be replaced by horror.
I'm thankful for living in an area where natural catastrophies are rare ... and comparably moderate when they happen. Comparably ...

Walked into a local gas station and was surprised to see "Elf bar" vaping products behind the counter with the cigarettes.
Made me think of Cutter and Skywise bellied up to a bar, smoking a cigarette.
