| I like Lavender oil. My mom keeps all kinds of essential oils, teatree, pepperment, ect. but not Lavender. I just had to rub the feet of one of the kids i'm babysitting with Lavender oil so he would fall and now I feel so calm. I never feel this calm and relaxed in someone else's home. This is good. I need to buy some Lavender oil, and I think I a cup of tea will make things absolutely perfect right now... ___________________________________________________ | |

| ^ I really hope you meant fall asleep, because purposely trying to make a kid fall is kinda mean. Besides, I don't think Lavender oil - or any kind of oil - would make people fall. ___________________________________________________ "When you do what you love best, you shine where you love."Come play the Who Am I game! | |

| Ha ha, yes fall asleep. In fact the lavender oil was to help prevent a fall, because before I rubbed his feet he was so agitated he was tossing himself against the wall and the sides of his bed. Not the best idea when your bed is a bunk bed... ___________________________________________________ | |

| I'm going to assume his bed is the top-bed... Falling down from the top-bed in a bunk bed is indeed rather bad, though if you do it while sound asleep you might not even notice. ___________________________________________________ "When you do what you love best, you shine where you love."Come play the Who Am I game! | |

| Sure. Got a bit confused when I woke up in the below-bed. But then again, I think my grandmother might also have gotten a bit of a shock when I came falling down from above.
My younger sister and I were in our summerhouse with our grandparents. ___________________________________________________ "When you do what you love best, you shine where you love."Come play the Who Am I game!

| That the gingerbread dough we bought in the store to make a ginger bread castle of doesn't contain pepper. In norway it's called peppercakes in a loose trancelation. It say Peppercakes on the Box, and when I red on it, it said only cinamon, ginger and carnation. WHAT? Also doscovered I can't make gingerbread. It goes all bubbly | |

| When I configurate my Kaspersky Antivirus Program to "prohibit data gathering" ... then the chatbox is gone.
"allow data gathering" ... chatbox reappears.
Switch off - switch on - off - on ... Nice. XD

| I discovered that it is nice to have a rather relaxed Christmas time after years of work-related stress during these very days. Well, not really a discovery, but I am happy that I'm finally there.
Merry Christmas (or whatevery you celebrate these days)!

Iirc. the German term "Pfefferkuchen" is a protected label (originates at least back to 1558 in Pulsnitz, a town in federal state Saxony). In these days a lot of exotic spices were often labeled to be "peppers" - hence the name pepper-cake. In that region also Soßenkuchen is made (sauce cake, used to spice sauces and dishes) which is somewhat similar to the Ontbijtkoek they have in the Netherlands. In other parts of Germany Pfefferkuchen is called "Lebkuchen". Maybe "ginger-bread" is a less misleading name.

Wanna know what I discovered last time at work? When I opened up a package of white roses for a customer, I found a piece of glass shard hidden between them. And it wasn't small either. Wonder how it got there?

I've discovered I can live a day with less sleep as long as I, hold on, walk a fast good round outside in the cold. Really wakes you up.
I want someone to discover my drawings in my art thread.
