| Mice. Dead mice, one had decided that my tide pods was a delicious snack that was deadly, and the latter got into an errant mouse trap.

| Startear I hope you're rid of the mice now that they're dead... We had mice for months and nothing worked. They were not afraid of anything and they wouldn't die and kept on breeding. And the kids thought they were cute.  In the end we got a cat from the shelter and that was the only thing that worked. Good thing we like cats... | I learned today that the people who work in the covid test facility earn only a little more than I do. I work as a cleaner...  I would never do such a risky job for pay like that... Those people are saints... Also, I found a job opening for advisor communication for the royal family.  Edit: Now I found a job opening for grave digger! | Well, I haven’t heard the scratchy and grating sounds that mice make since I came back here on Monday, so hopefully my mouse issues are a thing of the past?

| I discovered my 15 year old daughter bicycled alone in the dark over deserted roads. The roads were slippery, as well.  Previously, when it was dark her boyfriend would always ride with her. Make sure she got home safely. But apparently, he stopped doing that. Really  just no ___________________________________________________

Today I found that watching Formel 1 is kinda fun. I also discovered a new podcast that talks about gender in the ancient times, so that is fun! They have a three episode special about Aphrodite, that talks about her being a war Godess, a godess of sex workers and even had a specific group where her «clergy» transitioned.
