A bit miffed now.  Alan has asked me not to walk to tomorrow morning due to the low temps for tomorrow morning.  We're talking low 30's to upper 20's.  And this early in the season.

I'm exhausted. Feeling like I could sleep for 3 days straight.

4hrs. of work. 5 lousy call. Handle time sucks because one call took over an hr. due to system issues and the new agent was an idiot, Guess you can figure out how my day went.

Feeling surpricingly well compared from this morning when my back ached so bad I could barely sit up on my own.

Rather how is my month going - November is turning out to be a huuuge pain. I have professors who can't tell anyone if they are qualified to sit the written exams, can tell us we risk getting questions from our special topics courses but can't tell us is that means we won't get questions from the obligatory curriculum, we were evauated from the auditorium because someone had left a suitcase outside the room with a name on it that is on several death lists, then simply escorted back inside when the owner showed up and told it was all a natural reason for why that name was on the suitcase (but not why the owner was a woman, when the name belonged to a man), customers are nasty brats who seem to get off on blaming us for things that are not our fault, studying for exams is not that fun when you have 9000 years of history to learn and less than three weeks left, I broke my toe yesterday when I walked into the vacuum cleaner and just when we were going to make dinner, my mum discovered the washing machine was leaking water. Leaking as in gushing, the cellar was filled with water and we spent an hour and a half carrying buckets, at least 30 of them, and I still don't know how many of my poor books I have managed to save. More than a dozen of them are spread out in the bathroom at the moment, in an attempt to dry them.

And I still don't feel like I really have the right to complain :/ Ranting, much? Yup. Meh, t'was good to get it out though. Diving back into the viking era now, at least that bit is interesting!

Pretty well. Went to a meeting at Uni earlier today, unfortunately I fell on my ass on my way there due to the ice.
But, nothing near as dramatic as what happened with you, Tenderfoot! Speedy recoveries with the toe.

Terrible. I am so goddamn hungover it's not even funny. My boyfriend is out of town for work and I went on a stupid bender drinking during the day yesterday which I never do. I've been depressed since he's gone and we're moving to a new place (bigger) in a week and all this packing has to be done and I am feeling in flux and don't know what to do with myself lately.

He sort of moved into my single flat about 8 months ago and now we have a big 2 bedroom to move into so everything is like more official with us moving in together but I am nervous and he is nervous even though we both want it. I don't know why we're nervous. I am not having doubts like I have had with others in the past but I am also somehow kind of aware about the level of commitment this represents and for some reason the whole thing with making it more official (he is calling is official and I never really thought about it that way) is weirding me out. Why?? He's already been in a tight single flat with me for 8 months (just sort of stayed and didn't go home lol) and I wanted it and everything.
So I don't understand why I am feeling this way and why he is if we both want it. I think we're both scared of things blowing up in our faces.

Things don't just blow up. People make them blow up. Treat each other well and that won't happen!

Yep-- if you move in together, that's pretty official! Congrats!

Oooh! I feel for you. I used to have this as a kid btw, I would wake up with it and it was soooo scary, the doctor used to have to give me these weird little capsules up my nose to make the bleeding stop. And then one say they just did.
Maybe it's the weather changing? Is it dryer lately or something?

*huggles Embala* I think I saved all the books... they are readable, but it's Incredible how much bigger they get once they've been wet! Also my toe is better, so happy to have parents who work at the hospital!

Studies, on the other hand... bleh    I will manage, though, but it's not fun to spend all day reading one thing when you would much rather be reading something else.

Oh, the professor started about 65 million years in the past, wanting to show us exactly what Norway looked like then (one word: flat). Then we have everyting from the stone age to the middle ages, but I just found out that we will only be tested in history after 800 AC, so that's a relief! But we still have older world history... starting with the rise of the first civilizations (we're talking everything from Sumer and Indus to Egypt). Yay. Although the history of the Roman empire is quite fascinating, so I'm hoping that will be on the exam! And the viking age for older Norwegian history!

Its going fine, getting some things written. But tumblr is intent on not letting me see my dash so I'm likely going to end up being here all day.
