Fan Fiction.

So I posted my Life Begins With Death Dragon Age fan fiction and Destiny's Chance, the Legend of Grimrock fan fiction.

So if you have not played either of these games; you can skip them! Trust me, I doubt you will find much joy. Both make references to the games that the stories take place in. Both were created with the same purpose - to basically write a quick, 1 page addition to an ongoing story, with no plan or idea, where I was going with it - so that each day that I sat down to write it, I'd just write - and see where it goes. And I gave myself only 30 minutes each time, to write each segment.

The Dragon Age story is much more detailed; because the game itself is very rich with story. While the Legend of Grimrock story - is more quick paced, full of puns and humor - because Legend of Grimrock is just a dungeon crawl, hack and slash, with not a lot of story - so the story reflects that. In the Legend of Grimrock story, I also take a lot of liberties to "explain" how things work in the game (for example, while are the torches burning eternally, until you remove them from the wall? Why are there giant slugs down in the dungeons?) That kind of stuff.

Anyway, read if you dare, or if you're bored, or whatever. Or not. I just figured I'd post them here also because they're both fantasy based.

Spare yourself the reading! Don't worry! That's quite all right. The only one that surprises me is Dragon Age. That game has done quite well for itself, was published by the company Bioware (later EA Games purchased Bioware). Legend of Grimrock is by a very small publisher, called Almost Human.
