Those translation files were gathered in the internet, I've asked members for help - and for retranslation. A mix thrown together, gathered from memory and copied several times - mistakes included.

Afair Nightrunner's name is StormFJED, I'll look into a better retranslation but it is indeed "Storm" and fjed has to do with speed.

So "wily" has a tendencially negative and "crafty" a positive meaning?

Well, if you ask me "crafty" is a more positively loaded word, as opposed to wily.

Squanderbuttock is the best word I have ever read. I think it also describes Boris Johnson perfectly

Japanese EQ names? How so? Was EQ ever published in Japan or how does this happen?

Okay, I cheated and used Google to find an English to Japanese translator for this. The Japanese have very specific ways of writing proper names and words that are just nouns. I'm not clear on the proper usage, you'd have to ask my daughter, who's fluent in Japanese. So, I did the best I could with this. You'll notice that some of the names are "Japanese-d" English. I think this is done to make the names understood in Japanese. If there needs to be corrections, please feel free! As I said, this was done with on a translation site.

I  almost posted these again since I saw they're missing but then I saw I posted it already 3 years ago lol

Btw Klatering (Clearbrook) can also mean splattering, which I think is a bit nicer than gurgling xD

On a sidenote, Geelvloed sounds horrible, I've not read any ElfQuest in Dutch for years and I'm glad
