I've just discovered that - for some weird reason - Timmorn wears "orange fur" in the previous posts! Nope, there is no coding intended or visible. Magic?

EDIT: And right after I've posted this - the color is gone!

It is mysterious, promising and wild. Beautiful.

It's a wild era of survival.

That's a good point. I assume we still don't know what happened to Timmorn, and that he isn't a Spirit of the Palace, unless he simply chooses not to be.

I see a few possibilities:

Being half-immortal, and possessing both wolf instincts and Elf intelligence, Timmorn is still living by his wits somewhere on Abode

Timmorn came in contact with a healer who cured any injuries and illnesses he may have suffered, and may have removed all or some of his wolf DNA, thereby extending his life

A Preserver put Timmorn in wrapstuff for millenia, and he may or may not still be in it

Timmorn somehow left Abode without the aid of the Palace

Timmorn somehow left the timeframe of his life among the wolves, and traveled far into the future

Timmorn's body is dead, but his spirit is inhabiting someone else, as with Winnowill

Timmorn will re-appear, looking remarkably well-preserved, until somebody proves that he is actually an identical descendant of the original Timmorn

(This last one was inspired by the experiences of researchers for the Guiness Book of World Records. Relatives pass off an elder as being 130 years old, for example, until the documents they produce turn out to be those of the elder's father or mother.)
