Oh, wow. What a surprise to come upon here in the Holt; I had a swell birthday at my end with my Dam and the Pack chiming in here together to wish the same is a real treat. I'm sorry I didn't show up sooner than I did! o_o

And is that Patch as a middle-aged chieftain in the 27th of December square? Thank you, Embala! Thank you all for the very kind wishes, and <noses> Kindredsoul and Stormcatcher for each sending a wolfbrother with your wishes and cake to share all together! Big hugs to Leanan, Arthis, Wolfmoonsky and G0lden for chiming in as well; you've all made this wee bit very happy to have turned a winter younger!

Thank you all for your birthday wishes for my second birthday with you all here! ^_^ 2Paw was a bit quiet for a while as his usual computer's CPU cooler pump crunked out on the 22nd on December, and he brought in his spare, old Dawnie 11, installed with a spare copy of Windows 7 on demand. Aside from having no working printer, she's done a good job in the last week or so; similarly, I received the first part of my Amazon order, which contained a replacement CPU liquid cooler (replacing the whole thing) and two tubes of heatsink thermal paste. The other item, which shouldn't be more than a week away, is a bottle of Humco Denatured Alcohol, to be used to clean any detritus (which will most likely be dried, used up thermal paste) before installing the new CPU cooler.

Thank you very kindly for the birthday wish and greetings! This will be my fortieth (40th) winter, so I'm quite pleased to have made it this far. ^_^ I'm sorry I've been as much of a stranger as I have; I did have my spare rig to use the most of this past year, but I hadn't really been doing as much of what I would normally do with it.

That said: two weekends ago, my brother and I finally got my Big Rig working again, with a properly installed liquid cooler to replace the old one that failed, and I'm typing this out with Dawntreader Twelve, my 'big rig', sitting quietly and efficiently beside me on my desktop. ^_^ I will make sure I'm not a stranger from now on! <hugs!>

Lastly, I am very grateful for your finding the picture of Little Patch to go with December 27th and the birthday greetings you all have sent my way in the last three years of my being in Father Tree Holt. It has been and is still a great pleasure to be here with you, and a part of this place. I hope you all have had a thoroughly pleasant Christmas season so far, however you choose to celebrate the days of it. ^_^
