Where you would post a repy to a thread, there are a lot of icons at the top. Some are for formatting (bold, underline, etc). There is a block of about 5 that has one that looks like a polaroid picture with a floppy disk. Click that and hopefully a window will pop up (might be blocked by popup blocker). It should have an option for Add Image and a button below that or Add URL. Click the Add Image and it should bring up a file browser to select an image from your computer. Has to be jpg, png, or gif, if I recall and there is size restrictions (mb, not height and width, though if it gives option for resize go for max of like 800 wide so it doesnt explode some people's screens)
