Hmmm... I don't like this general concept.

It's too much "open Pandora's box" for me.
(Hard to stop, tho. Experiance says what can be done will be done sooner or later.)

Yeah, i dont agree with it either, all joking about Rec aside. Its bad enough that women (in America) already think eugenically about potential mates. If they even so much as think youre different or will produce a child with autism, they run. This is due to fearmongering "awareness" campaigns in the 2000s-2010s.

and now, on top of that, we have Dr. Church from Haavahd here who apparently sees himself as the curator of the Scroll.

I'd say that unless you're adopted, or a donor-child - and therefore could theoretically end up having a kid with a biological (half) sibling - you're pretty much fine.

Yeeeeah, that concept reads like someone saw Gattaca and thought it was aspirational sci-fi instead of grimly dystopian.
