Some familiar mermaids... I don't have the possibility to do ear edits, so I decided that these are the characters shapechanged into a different species, which is "merpeople", and individuals of this species have round ears and five fingers, as well as fishtails.

In the meantime I played with Hero Forge again.
What is this here that has crept out of the sea onto the beach and can't shape any legs?

Who of the SeaRaiders was that who got involved in a love affair with a dolphin and this is what came out of it ? I guess it was the Dolphinwhisperer Auryn (finally I found a name for him). Shame on you, you sick pervert ... ! Now the Raiders have a weird sort of dolphin-Timmorn among them !!! Auryn shakes his head and hands, claiming it wasn't his fault. But whose..?

The halfbreed can't even speak properly. Most of the time he just whistles his sonar sounds to talk to his dolphin pod.

That fish guy is as big and as bulky as a human ,  has orca-like teeth and dolphin like eyes. Put your lips together, it looks creepy!, the Raiders are yelling. "WHAT IS THAT THING!"

"Me no creepy! Me Wave Jumper like father!" the thing answers with a hoarse seldom used voice...

Guess the Raiders have their own little riddle to solve..

*stares at blue-black guy* ... make his black crest yellowiish and this guy looks close enough to my Abyss/Bluedepth to count!
In my half asleep state it looked like as if Embala's mer-son crawled out of the sea, Yeee ... quite a shock!
(Hero Forge has its own appeal but the screen-breacking size of most of the pics spoils the experiance for me ... of the pics and the complete threads. :/ I'm sorry.)


Risking an educated guess, Leanan ... "new mer folk" is Mer-fall, Mer-shine, Mer-shade - and Leetah-mer! ^^ Last one is definitely more than a guess!

Does he look like this? with a face "smooth features" and orca teeth?
My guy has the face "elegant features" to get the face close to an elongated dolphin snout , of course not really, but it should tend in that direction

Those are super-cool, Yeee! And it's interesting that you two designed characters that are so alike!

I DO see the pics on a computer - always. I don't have a smartphone or a tablet. 
1024x1024 is just withion the "bearable" seize - but it's so big that it feels like the chars jump out of the screen right into my face. XD

@Embala: what fits  your Bluedepth? Sorry, this will be again far muh bigger than my screenshots were originally.

It's a long time since Bluedepth has gotten so much attention!


As usual you make me think about the "real" look of my elf. Okay ... my boy is a selfshaper. At least at some point of his life he can choose and change his appearance and flip between tail and legs. Some fins more or less shouldn't be a problem. ^^ An his land-shape will look more elfish than his wild mer-shape.


Let's talk about his mer-shape.
Of course I like the face and fell in love with his sleek blue/black body. Though he'd probably able to shape a finned tail the snake-like end is his generic look. (If we'd talk about a drawing his tail would be more like a tentakle with suckers at the end.)
Fingers would end in claws or venamous spikes.
His eyes have the yellow-red mix from his first design; orange or red for a simplified version.
Ears are great.
The mowhak is fine for his mer-form ... originally his crest was meant to be a spiky fin but he likes hair better. ^^ Should keep this spiky look - your last two suggestens are great as well and perfectly fit his land-form. (the wavy roll from the Neptune's doll is too soft for him)
He might wear a pendant-size breast plate and a simple belt with a knife.
Mentioned for completation: more or less bioliminescent/yellow spots -numberand intensitiy willvary according to his mood. (I know that Hero Forge doesn't support this look)

There it is!! On page 9, it's called Erie's Maker (at least that's what Chrome translates it to) by chereverie

Also tried https://picrew.me/image_maker/665088 , not too fond of the colors... tried to make Tynami, but I think she looks more like Kat, lol... so I added my actual cats Midnight, Dolly and Frost to the pic for a giggle.

There are Savah, Ahdri and Venka for a splishsplash ... and I think the third is Krim.
Have I missed Korafey and Satreeka, Leanan - or are they still to come?

Three correctly guessed, Embala! But that one isn't Krim. I haven't made Korafay and Satreeka yet - in fact, you've seen all canon girls I've done on this maker. (I know because you commented on all of them)

@Embala: look what I just found: Version 1: Head fin (I find that so awesome and find this perfect for your boy!) and the claw fingers for Blue`s  tentacle shape.

Which one of them, or do you like more one of the mohawks (der Letzte oder der Vorletzte)?

The "flame"-colouring glows like bioluminescence !  ...with red-orange eyes (the large pictures are perfect to show the eye color, my own downloads are far too small for that), arm and head fins (arm fins look weird with the scale arms),  worn out leather straps with rusty belt buckles (salt water loves to destroy metal   )

awesome sight from behind with his bioluminescent glowing back scales and tentacle tip.
His loincloth may seem a little eccentric, but I think he looks good in it. It looks ridiculous on fishtails.
