Not all of you knew me back from the days of the Scroll of Colors, official ElfQuest forum...
But I used to talk about Odin, my dog, quite a bit.

Well, we had the difficult call - and at 3pm, Odin drifted to sleep for the final time, with Amiee and I at his side. He blessed us for 17 years; and he will always be here in our hearts. Fly with the Valkyries Odin - and find Abby, Emma, and all of those who now walk with you. We will always love you.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I join in your howl and I share your grief.

It is also the second anniversary of my beloved cat Poppy's passing. Today has been full of grief and memories. They really do leave a huge hole in your soul when they go.

It's always hard to lose a member of our family, whether they walk on four legs or two. My sympathies Tymber, my deepest sympathies. Our animal friends never leave our hearts.

Also wow...17 years old. Your Odin must have had quite the healthy lifestyle. Had he been human, he'd be like one of those 70 or 80 year old men who could run circles around the kiddos.

I remember your wolf friend Odin. And the pictures you've shared mirrored the mutual love and trust of your bond and the fun and good times you had together. You gave Odin a peaceful leave after a long and rich life and a beautiful farewell howl.

All the good memories will stay with you Hug

and he will wait at the Rainbow Bridge with all the other unforgotten friends.

I wanted to make a celebration of life video for my dog Odin, who blessed us for 17 years and recently just went to the Forever Sleep. We've taken him everywhere with us - beaches, vacations (Mammoth to Palm Springs and everything in between). I grabbed a smattering of photos from there, and some that made me laugh, cry and smile - I put it all into the editor - and it landed at just over an hour long.

There's going to be a second version - shorter than this - that I time lapsed - that is 15 minutes long. I'll post that after this one uploads.
