| The Table of Contents covers everything I could find and a bit more. "Denied Recognition" never was an element ... several elements could have been twisted this way.
- we had unfulfilled Recognition due to death of one partner
- extremely unwanted Recognition - but soon fulfilled
- ... I don't remember actively denied Recognition in the grab bags.
