Link color change

There's been some complications for some members to see a link when posted due to it being nearly the same color as the olive green background (on every other thread post)

So I went with a darker blue color that coincides with the blue in the banner

The thing is, when changing that, it also changes the color to pretty much anything else that serves as a link on the site, such as the topic titles in the scrolling bar (on the right) and the header links to the site on the top

This is nothing set in stone! We can always change the color to something else. I would just like to know how this works out for everybody Wink

I THOUGHT I WAS LOSING MY MIND!
I like it though. It makes the clickable things stand out more but not in a way that clashes with the rest of the site. ^^

I miss the friendly forest green.

But I'm one of those who had problems to recognize links in the comments as well. I agree with Nibblet - the new color makes the links stand out and still goes well with the site.

btw: For me it's not dark blue but a violet hue ... looks like the individual screen settings influence how the colors turn out. Probably the reason why some had problems with the green links and some not at all.

I wish I could see links in any color on my tablet. I think they must be there in Kathleen and dream cat's posts, but I don't see them.

Edit: I just discovered that the links are only active when you're logged in. I feel a bit dense now. Embarassed
