We don't have anything else to do.
I'm gonna say:
Moonshade, the pony or Redlance.

Also, I wonder why the preview pages aren't showing on my Darkhorse iPad app, but only on the site itself ...

Strange, Darkhorse. Strange. I definitely think it's either Redlance or the Pony. Or Pike.

Could be Nightfall. Why not? Why should she be exempt?

Actually- I think it's only fair that we all get one choice -- plus the pony and Redlance.

My bet is Nightfall, the pony or Redlance.

Ten dreamberries to the winner, if it's not the pony or Redlance. Dreamberries divided equally if the pony or Redlance bites it.

Maybe she'll kill all of them and we'll be free.

That would happen no matter what. The immortal elves are going to die to prove their way is 'wrong', the wolfriders are going to die out at some point, either because of old age or because of the humans.

Looks like we were all wrong about the death. I'm going to eye roll something hard here. This one was stupidly obvious and I think we got carried away.



Also this issue felt so goddamn short. I know I should be used to it by now but it's just ridiculously all over the place with the pacing. Also, the artwork in the beginning looked really weird and awkward but later looked pretty good.

Can't wait until you guys see and post your thoughts!

Well, that was disappointing. I know I always planned to finish it, but I'm hitting my limit.

Okay, just to end on a positive note, how awesome were the plant elves? Just the right amount of creepy.

Was it Shuna? Her kid?

Treestump? (Cus he's so old?) did someone mortal finally die of old age?

Well... I actually liked this one. I think the drawings were beautiful. The color, as usual, was not great... but in some panels not bad. The greens are nice. Venka's blindingly yellow outfit is not. It's so hit and miss. I just want to take Photoshop away from them. Just take it away!

The scene where Cutter is thinking of Leetah and Skywise is really nice- except for the excessive blur. How pretty would that page be without the overly obvious, clumsy blur. I get the effect they were trying for. It would have been much nicer without it.

I like the tree elves. What are they gonna do? Eat him? Weird. Kathleen is right-- they are just the right amound of creepy. And I do like the pacing. I think it's just fine. I think this issue accomplished the balance of transitioning between characters in different settings and giving them their moments very well. I also very much liked Cutter's nightmare. It was great.

This is a definite improvement. I'm looking forward to the next issue.

And yes-- we did overthink that. It was obvious after all.

Is rhyming the go-to when you are crazy or upset?
