| In a recent discussion, the idea of Cutter somehow ending up with Newstar in the unburned Father Tree Holt came up, and it was a rather deliciousy cracky pairing idea.
so i think we need a thread to embrace the crack pairings of Elfquest, how they would come about and go, and i will probably be popping up to prod discussion about what if any children would result cause what fun is a wacky relationship without resulting wacky kids?!
so the first pairing for lack of inspiration and cause YAY, i'm gonna toss in Cutter and Newstar! i think it would have been intriguing to have the blonde line continuing. hey they even look similar...Newstar with her blonde hair and blue eyes like Cutter. perhaps they would have had yet another blonde/blue child?
i think Cutter might have found a fellow dreamer in the official Elfiest Elf, and they might have done some very interesting things together, bouncing ideas off each other. | |

| I've adopted the Cutter/New Star ship.
Cutter/Kahvi is likely my oldest ship. I just...like them together so much arhg.
Cutter/Venka.
(Because that would further the antagonize between Cutter and Rayek. 8D)
Cutter/Shenshen.
Rayek/Nightfall. I blame this on two fic I read ages ago.

| I always had the idea that in one reality Cutter doesn't get shot, life actually goes on, new children are born, Cutter dies at some point, Venka and Cutter's daughter takes over, the tribe doesn't go into wrap stuff until much later.
Rayek comes back and there's a nearly whole now line of Wolfriders to greet him, their chief is his rival's and daughter's child.
It's likely too cruel, but still.
Would still work with Cutter still being around.

| You know, years and years ago I joked about that even Cutter/Timmain could be less creepy than Skywise/Timmain.  "And then canon came and spoiled it all by saying something stupid like it's canon...." Scouter/Winnowill. Also, I remember an amazing fic series where Winnowill/Voll//Vurdah was a main ship. Well, Vurdah and Winnowill where the main characters there. I loved it. If I recall correctly I owe this person a fic with this pairing... Okay. Wanna talk crackships. I have one for my au. A role reversal where Trinket is left behind, but her family, Oddbit, Picknose, Old Magotty and papa Ekuar is taken to the future. Well, papa Ekuar was taken to the future anyhow, but you know what I mean. In this au... Trinket has a crush on Little Patch.
