Trolls are good at many things, but colorful deserts that taste as good as they look... well, if the criteria be that they look and taste good, then we fail at that more often than not. A toadstool and cavemoss mooncheese cake isnt as good as it sounds....

Speaking of cheesecake. I once made three different ones for a potluck at work. One regular, one chocolate, and one mocca. Needless to say, I had three empty pans to throw out.

Just so's y'all know... life has been kicking me in the ass end for a while.

Been caregiver for my husband for the past five years because of his health and mental health issues, Anxiety, PTSD, Depression, etc and that has drained me to the point that I'm facing SERIOUS Give-a-Damn breakage.

Been completely unable to take care of *my own* health and mental health issues, Anxiety, Depression, Attention deficit, possible secondary PTSD from dealing with HIS...

Followed Krwo's blog (yes, she has one, and it's awesome) to some other sites and started piecing things together every so slowly.

Tried to *leave* my husband last November, but was unable to because I can't lose my furbaby and he was NOT going to *let* me take Annie with me. (Actually had his brother keep her in another room while he, Grandma, and Auntsister tag-teamed on the manipulation and guilt-trips until I agreed not to go.)

Husband went to the doctor for a swelling on one Dangly Bit this past... end of January? Not sure, but the surgery to *remove* said Dangly Bit and the *tumor* that had grown on it was almost a month ago and now he's scheduled for radiation treatments to keep it from coming back.

We don't have insurance of any sort and he's been out of work for about two years now? It's difficult for me to pay attention to the passage of time anymore because of the depression issue and the fact that I, physically, have not been getting enough *sleep* for... well, I've gotta think it's been at least a few years. I *think* he was fired a year ago Valentine's Day. Oh, yeah, that was a hell of a time for them to arrange it.

So yeah, I still want to leave, still NEED to leave or I'll never get better and with all this mess coming down on our heads and the doctor's bills and the stress and...

*headdesk* WHY DID RICHARD PINI HAVE TO PULL THIS SHIT NOW?

*whimper* In positive news, I finally got to where I was able to bake a couple batches of cookies... but now we have a roach infestation in the kitchen and I can't make any more until THAT is taken care of... if it even can be.

Still figuring out where all the proper areas are for stuff... so if this is misplaced, lemme know.

Don't worry yourself about *where* to place things, Grizz. I'm in the process of finaggling things around right now to make the site more user friendly. Where you posted is just fine

I'm sorry to hear things are so crazy and stressful. I can honestly say I've been there and it's a very hard road to get through. But I'm glad you found Kro's blog because I know how influential and positive she is for you. I hope you at least find some fun reprieve here like you did at the Scrolls

As for the why and who did what.... *shakes my head* I don't know, and my own opinions won't help the matter.  

So keep hoping for the best that the Scrolls will be open again someday

I am so sorry to hear of the manipulation with the fur baby on top of everything you are dealing with. My heart breaks to read that.
