It is with great sadness to hear that Jerry Lewis has passed at the age of 91. Lewis was well known as being one half of a great comedic team Martin and Lewis. Lewis , for his physical style of comedy to the late Dean Martin's straight man. Martin and Lewis made several movies from 1948 to 1956, which included "My Friend Irma, "At War with the Army", "scared Stiff", and others. The pair broke up in 1956 and didn't reunite for 20 yrs with the help of Frank Sinatra.

Lewis's death is just 2 weeks prior to the Muscular Dystrophy Telethon, that he hosted from 1966 to 2010.

Lewis has done some work in recent years prior to his passing. He will be greatly missed.

I remember having fun watching his movies. Sad Rest in peace, Jerry Lewis.
