| This is my special baby- Sylvia Luna. I got her as a kitten when some monster threw her out of a moving vehicle. My neighbor saw it and rescued the kitten but couldn't afford the vet bills, so I took the kitten and the bills. She was very neurotic at first (understandably) but has calmed down and is pretty snuggly despite her rough start. This is my little badass Heylia Jayne. She's sort of a rescue-fail. I rescued her grandmother, got her fixed and kept one of the kittens and found homes for the other kittens and the grandmother. After a year the one I kept (beautiful black girl I named Kerebi) disappeared and after much looking and stressing we eventually gave up. I was telling one of the friends I had given one of the kittens to and she told me (somewhat guiltily) that she that she hadn't gotten Starla fixed in time and that she had kittens if I wanted one. I was planning on taking the black kitten but wound up with Heylia because she marched right up and demanded it. ___________________________________________________ Our "We Hate Sonny Strait" song only has one verse, but it's sung to the tune of Hava Nagila

| Awww... little Sylvia Luna looks so sweet and pretty. Does she sleep this way often? Adorble. *hugs both kitty and Cojote* After all she is a lucky cat - she survived and got you! I'm in love with Heylia Jayne. I always fall for the wild looking ones and this "shadowpard" is a fascinating proud beauty. And obviously a cat who makes the important decisions. ^^ Thank you for sharing those your darlings, BlueCojote. ___________________________________________________ Indem du etwas tust, das dir oder jemand anderem gefällt, erschaffst du bereits einen Wert. | |

| Sylvia tends to do the "some assembly required" sleeping poses, this was a good one that I managed to photograph. She's really really near-sighted and is easily startled and has to be on special food to prevent bladder crystals. Nother pic with her beautiful eyes. Heylia is the mighty conqueror. She loves to hunt, especially snakes! When we lived where I could let her out she brought me so many snakes (mostly garters, but one alarming time she brought me a baby Copperhead). One time she put a snake in my spouse's backpack and nearly gave them a heart attack. ___________________________________________________ Our "We Hate Sonny Strait" song only has one verse, but it's sung to the tune of Hava Nagila

| Most beautiful blue jewels, an adorable smoky mask and a true black nose. So lovable. And even more lucky to have found such a caretaker. Heylia likes to live a dangerous life! O.O It really shows on the photo you've posted. Snake hunter - Kojiyumi will not be happy! ___________________________________________________ Indem du etwas tust, das dir oder jemand anderem gefällt, erschaffst du bereits einen Wert. | |

| Thanks! Tell Kojiyumi she mostly just played with them and I rescued them and returned them to the garden safely. Certain points of high summer the first thing I did when I got home from work was check the legs of the coffee table and couch for coiled snakes that needed to be relocated. Here's an adorably teeny snekling just prior to release. (don't tell her though the part about when we moved and I found three mummified snake corpses under the bookcases... DX) ___________________________________________________ Our "We Hate Sonny Strait" song only has one verse, but it's sung to the tune of Hava Nagila

| I am a huge sucker for animals, I do my best to retrieve wildlife from my murder-floofs and put it back outside. Even with the Copperhead incident I got a clear bowl and one of those flexible thin cutting boards to carefully capture the danger-noodle and go and dump it out at a nearby vacant lot.

| Awww... your girls look so cute and pettable and innocent, G0lden! No sign of dognado at all. ^^ Reeses truely enjoys. Warm and soft and smells of Mom. What's Cashmir begging for? "Get up!" ... or rather "Keep it!" She looks a bit like a piglet here. Love the funny ear. Tequila is like "You are here. Right - you're here?" or maybe: "Come play! Will you come?" Sweeties ... with a little devil inside. ^^ You belong to them. Confess! ___________________________________________________ Indem du etwas tust, das dir oder jemand anderem gefällt, erschaffst du bereits einen Wert.

| I promised kitty pictures, but I had to retake a bunch and one of the cats, our black one Login, is be ing elusive. I saw him this morning, but he snuck off before I could go outside. Here are the other two. The gray tiger is sassy, also affectionately called mommy sometimes and the black and white one next to her is Gizzy/Nemoy. Mostly Gizzy or Giz now. he's the playful garden monster and Sassy's first kitten. Then there are these guys. This is Sassy's latest batch and if you look you'll see a black one, a spotted black and white one and a gray tiger. They are currently called Log, Nim, and Sis at the moment, all derivatives of the names of their adult counterparts. They are a bit older now, with open eyes, but they have moved themselves from a provided box to being under a shoe cubby. This was the best picture I could get. They are all so cute, but I'll miss there journey into adult Cathood, since I'll be leaving for college in 15 days or so yikes! ___________________________________________________ | |
