| And I just walked outside in time to catch a tiny ANGRY little prairie falcon divebombing, yelling at, and chasing a harris hawk. Said hawk then flew off and swooped about ten feet over my head and glided up over my house.

| Okay so far. Got to the end of the work day. Last call of the day. Processed the app for the wife, no go, has to pay over $1000 in past due bal. to continue credit chck and still may not qualifiy. Agt asks for me to process husband's app. Okay a little better, husband has to go autopay. No problem, right? Wrong. The card they tried to use was a gift card. Mind you I told them no cards being used for Ui, disability, SSI or child support can be used. You guessed it. Wasted nearly 30 minutes of the my time and never once listened to what I was saying. I dropped my man off at the airport yesterday (he's on his way to Turkey)- then drove straight to a party (because why not). Actually cus this adorable girl, who I have the hots for but will never go there and am currently enjoying an excruciating friendship with, invited me. It was held in the back-lot of this studio- and the main entertainment was a long line of people smashing things in a cage with a sledgehammer. People brought whatever they wanted to smash and got in line. One girl smashed a fishbowl with her guitar-hero guitar.
Now, it's five am- and I have to finish poster art (for a job due monday)- because I was utterly irresponsible. So I'm going to Starbucks and blowing my diet plan for one more day. (Yeah- I'm trying to be more healthy. So far, I'm not good at it)
Reading this now- I realize that I should get out more. I've been hiding from the world since I lost my job. But heck-- looking back, this sounds fun. | |

On the downside, I popped a rib out of place when exercising a week ago- and it really hurts. I keep having the chiropractor put it back in- but it keeps displacing itself. I hope this goes away because it's not comfortable!
Why can't I ever just do something simple, like pull a muscle? No- I have to pop a rib.
I can only blame myself. I used to be very physically active when I was in my twenties- and I was very strong and fit. But then, I went to art school and stopped exercising. Since then, I've spent long hours hunched over a desk. My entire body fell apart. My back went out. I gained weight (i lost it recently- I lost over twenty pounds. If anyone wants to know how to do that, PM me!). I also, apparently, lost a lot of strength from sitting at a desk. I have been trying to exercise it back- but I keep hurting myself. Like majorly hurting myself.
Still, I don't get it. I know a lot of people who have been in much worse shape than me- and they seem to be okay. What am I doing wrong? | |

| Well got lots done today. Continued with what I was doing earlier this morning.
Got the last of the stuff back into the china cabinet. Took time to pay a couple of bills. Got a good portion of the living room floor cleaned up. Hot water and oil soap. I have a couple of places I will need to do later. One is where the dresser currently is located. (It will be refinished soon. The other is the entertainment center area and near the front door. New tv real soon. Entertainment center will be moved to my room with a new tv.
Translates to more space in the livingroom.

About the post party they spoiled at the Old Scroll ... and about the post party here.
It is fun ... I love that we have fun with it again. And still I feel guilty to have this fun ...
They almost made me believe that everything I did and tried on the Old Scroll was wrong, vain or even inappropriate. Almost. My mind is clear and reasonable again ... but the feelings - that feeling - try to take over again and again. And like Winni-Boo they manage to cross the barriers of reason and surface then and now.
