Seriously? You're 23 now, have been living with your parents all your life except for a brief stint of 2 months tops living on your own. That was a disaster with you running home to mommy&daddy soon.
And now that you're working on the other side of the country for a year, you want to BUY an apartement instead of renting one??
You must be crazy! Please don't think that living with me&hubby counts as 'living on your own' because you do not do much around the house.

Stop your whining! Your freedom of movement is not being limited because you're no longer allowed to blow your poisonous bile in other people's faces all the time. Yes, of course you have the right to smoke as much as you want, but last time I checked I also had a right to not get poison in my face.
And that BS about how "eating unhealthy food is also bad for you." is just ridiculous! Last time I checked there was no health-issues from standing next to Someone eating a hamburger, who has ever heard of passive hamburger-eating? Passive smoking, on the other hand, is very much a thing, and I would be pleased if I would be allowed to avoid it.
