| Has anyone done a laboratory comparison between wrapstuff and Spider-Man webbing?
Also, if Wavedancers dive too deep, do they get the bends? ___________________________________________________

| Magic is the go to answer, but these are silly questions, I try to answer with science Air currents in high altitude are stronger than near the surface of the air (high up in the air, nothing blocks the current, but on the ground we have trees and buildings and mountains, which hinder them from becoming too strong), sooo, maybe Gliders can't fly that high, otherwise they will get blown away ___________________________________________________ It's a dolphin!

| Did/does Gliders ever get blown away by a sudden gust of wind? There weren't/aren't exactly known for their solid build. Just imagine Tyldak out on a leisurely flight, then... | No, I see Kahvi doing it too and Tyldak enjoying it immensely, because well, its Kahvi doing it. Of course, would that work? It always seems like its the more complex looking kites that don't fly to well. ___________________________________________________ | |

| If facefur comes with the wolfblood, why don't the female wolfriders have it?
No, seriously. I've wondered about this at least fifteen years by now.

| @September: because we humans on this world (the customers) are used to men with beards but women not so much? (I love bearded drag, though!) Even male animals tends to be furrier, more feathered than females, Wolfriders should have more hair in general (back, legs, arms, pubes, armpits, just everywhere) ___________________________________________________ It's a dolphin!

| Body fur was bred out with time - not unusual when you consider that the Wolfriders found a balance on their elfin side. ___________________________________________________ Indem du etwas tust, das dir oder jemand anderem gefällt, erschaffst du bereits einen Wert.

| Face fur shows up on us human females about the same time as the "jelly wings" under the arms. Speaking of Wolfrider blood: Wolf-Elves have strong digestive tracts that allow them to easily digest raw meat. (Poor Eldolil was eventually outnumbered by the raw-foods constituency.) While living with other tribes, the Wolfriders continued to hunt and to consume raw meat. When they "tree" long-term with other Elves, doesn't the flatulence get to be unbearable? Winnowill rescued Smelt when he was on a mission to capture an Elf. After years of living with Winnowill and fathering a half-elf child with her, he remembered the errand on which he had been sent. Wouldn't it have been a hoot if he returned home with Winnie and Two-Edge? What would Redlnce have done if the Sun Village had tumbleweeds? ___________________________________________________ | |

| NOW I will always envision Windkin with THIS kind of "jelly wings", Trollbabe! ... and with the corresponding lady's beard! It's the Wolfrider's elfin birth priviledge that they have the magic to make their flatulance smell as they wish for: roses, fir needles, bergamotte, resin... a.s.o. Unfortunately some don't care for ... You rule, Trollbabe! ___________________________________________________ Indem du etwas tust, das dir oder jemand anderem gefällt, erschaffst du bereits einen Wert.

| LOL Thanks, Embala!
Producing gas that smells like rose petals? That's just like Elves not menstruating, not getting acne or dandruff, and having babies who are quieter than human babies. And even though Ekuar is bald, possibly from malnutrition, no one seems to have receding hairlines or male pattern baldness.
If a strong-enough healer wanted to be a fashionista, could she change her hair and skin color and patterns to imitate trendy new fashions?
Have you ever wondered what happened to the Wolfrider who invented the wheel?
"What does that do?"
"It allows us to carry heavy loads across floors and roads and pavement."
"Across what?
"Never mind (sigh!)" ___________________________________________________

| When the high ones decided to take on the elven form, they chose their respective form sorta randomly, right? And according to the "only once" rule, Timmain was able to shape herself down genetically to have offspring with an alien species. So I assume most high ones only shape change on a superficial level? If that's the case, how can there be any hereditary phenotype traits at all? Why do the descendants of the high ones look like elves and not like coneheads?
And Trollbabe: you just created my new head canon, those jelly wings of Windkin are "lady wings". Maybe Leetah was inspired by her own? She is 600 years old, after all. ___________________________________________________ It's a dolphin!
