| I am tired, stressed out and overwhelmed, but the way things are going now, makes me feel that I will be able to handle it.

| Feeling great now that I have four days off work, and my wedding bouquet was a success  allowing myself a thumb up!!! Icetooth, I don't know if you've heard of it, but here's a trick that kept me well all christmas, and believe me, I've never gone a christmas witout a cold since I started in flower shop buisness. I was recomanded a thing called olive leaf exstract. It helps taking all the nasty stuff in your body away faster, like cleaning up the system. i would gladley recomang that to everyone I know. And ginger. Pure ginger. It's  but it helps | |

| Thank you for the kind words everyone! Rainflower I will try the olive leaf extract...I have heard of it but never tried it...sounds like good stuff! And as you may have guessed...I ended up catching the same nasty bad cold from my mate. So she has been taking care of me the past few days...I had not taken a sick day at work in about 1.5 years but this thing really kicked my butt and then some. I think I'm past the worst of it and hope to be back to normal in a few more days. You know years ago I tried a very strange immune system booster that was recommended to me by some Russian friends. They would take freezing cold buckets of water and dump them on the heads. It sounds crazy but after the shock of the cold you then get very warm and they said this helps fight off illness. I tried it and it seemed to work...but it is not very pleasant! Ok...off to order some Olive Leaf Extract. | |
