That young Elf-man can defend himself, he has the spikes too, he just thinks that violence is the last possibility to act than the first. He is highly intelligent and has a tendency to philosophy. Here he is, a firestarter under water , thats so frustrating! But at least on land and on ships, he can cause very much damage when he sets human wooden tools on fire. The pod has big advantage having him around. He has no webbed fingers which is unusually.



The name Sharuk is good for snarling: Sharrrrrrukh /with a very hard ending)

Awww what a sweetie! I think definitely Vaeri would be a good mate to him. She'd probably love talking about her home where it's all heat and no humans.

Flame, the pod could give him the nickname "Lame Flame", because he does not want to fight and stays behind at  a raid, heh, heh.  He can also have a name like Sharuk, I mean not in english (like Rayek, Ahnshen etc).

Lol poor elf! Hmm...i'm less talented but i think my friend has a list of elfin sounds/words and meanings. I'll have to take a look when i'm on my computer. I like naming characters!^^

EDIT: my hand seems to be better today so i'm working on Silver again. i would appreciate clarification on what part is what color though for his shirt and tail though please! perhaps you could number the colors i provided and the colors you provided, and number the parts..? like a color by number picture. XD would this be the easiest way for us both?

If you love the name Flame, it can be that name.

colour the leather-shirt as you please, just use the darker browns for shading. I cannot work with computer, just scanning. Your palette for Silver is already perfect.

Well he is your character and i don't want to break your naming rules for your pod. But i thought Flame could work since it's a single short word..and i don't know what his distinguishing color is so i don't know what his color name would be...but then you said there is another in the pod named Firespark? So it could work. But it's up to you if you want to use the name or not okay?^^

O.O oh dear...well i can work with these colors for the shirt but i don't use color for my shading...and i'm afraid i'll mess up on the tail but i'll wing it...!...gulp.

I have a coloured  picture of Silver, but it is pervert (absolutely adult stuff). Where can I post it, if you like to see it? otherwise I will try to copy my pic and colour it.

pm send! Thanx for the info. reference means hex codes? you gave me colours, use them on the tail, Back side silver grey , front side very light silver grey, stripes white , place these colours like in the picture I sent you, is that enough?

Today Sharuk brings along one of his brothers : it`s Shinzon, the shaggy haired (like Yees hair) crazy elf who has a preference for his mace on chain (on land of course). He also has a great preference to females    and likes brawls. He can be very gentle but also very cruel and is unscrupulous when it comes to kill (even elves). He is a fiercly emotional  instabile  loose cannon (again like Yeee). He and Sharuk live in close companionship , Sharuk brings Shinzon back to reason, when the cannon gets loose again (but only if Sharuk find its really necessary, which doesn`t mean that killing an elf is automatically a course for Sharuk      ) But Shinzon behaves normally nice among Elves, amorous along  female elves and does not kill every competitor.
On the picture are the differences between the two visible: Shinzons Eyes are like Rayeks and have a soft expression, Sharuks eyes are poisonous bright yellow and have a hard expression. Sharuk is more angular , the skin darker than Shinzons .
forget about the horses on the top of the pictures, they were first designed as shapechangers , who love horse shape. Nope, they roil in the deep now with selfshaped fishtails. And they simply dressed up as Go Backs (must have been stealing those outfits from an ice floe or from the shore near a Go Back lodge.

ooh new picture. interesting coloring style...and very cool they were originally shapechangers into horses! and a very interesting dynamic between them.

also finished Silver! surprised it only took me a day...but then if he's down in the deep, i don't reeeeally need to shade...right?^^0 but i followed the reference you gave me and added an extra tough with the glow cause i thought it'd be cool! hope you like the overall effect!

LIKE? This is sooooo AWESOMETASTIC! Very often I wished, I could let my bioluminescent elves glow in the dark, but no chance with copic markers or watercolours. You just made a wish come true! more of that, my daughter Luna asks after the name of the app or the computer programme and if it is usable on smartphone.
Again, love his eyes, and that leathershirt coloring, oh yes and his hair, and everything. I want to print it out and hang it on my wall.

Blackfin is a cool name, I like it. Only nearly every male have that blueblack tails like Yeee. well, we can give him a darker tail with dark gray on the lower side instead of ultramarine blue.

Hooray!!!^^ i'm so glad you love it that much! I have a friend who does a lot of work with copic markers..perhaps she could give you advice? She doesn't come around father tree much anymore but i can ask her.

Aww your daughters name is Luna? How cute! Unfortunately the program i use is Photoshop and i'm pretty certain it can't be used on a smartphone.

Ari was on  several german elfquestfan-sites, like me. That is long ago. I met her once, she visited me and we had a good time together. Later I learned that she got a son and named him like my son Aaron (who is the original for my design of Blackfin). I send her lots of pictures to color, she was so happy about it and I was so happy when she send the colored version back to me. Sadly I do not know where she is now. The old fansites are all gone.
Today its another picture of Shinzon (left). Have already not a tailed pic of him.

Lets see, what do I have for today?
It`s Yeee again, but totally changed so that she got shocked about it totally. "WHATHAPPENEDTOMEEEEE?!!!!) She woke up this morning and was shapechanged into high one-form with tail while asleep.
I was drawing that on my vacations in France in the summer (sniff, it`s autumn now here in germany    , no more mermaiding in the sea).

Lol oh no poor Yeee! Now all she needs is preserver silk dresses..which Vaeri would gladly make for her. Haha! Did i ever mention she is a seamstress?

France was so wonderful, I want to go back to Equihen Plage and to my summer    I was swimming with my mertail as often as I could and I was drawing a little bit. Here is the second (and last) picture I drew in my vacations .
I think, I read something of Vaeri to be a seamstress.

oh my , Vaeri sits at a sewing machine and works on a preserver-webbing fabric (from where did we get that anyway? Any Preserver here?) at the beach , Embala and Yeee are sitting next to her , Embala makes fun of Yeee about her anorexic new look and Yeee grumbles with a scowl and is totally annoyed. Then Emabala says: "Hey, you`re Still fab ... calm down and restore your old self, Yeee. You can."
And Yeee "Nnnnnnooooo?! I CAN`T! (snarl) But HE can!" She sends something into the direction of the sea and points with a finger to it. A big Shadow of the hight of Yeee floats out of the waves and reveals itself with a smirk:



"Indeed, you are ...ahem..still fab, if I may use that phrase. At last you fit my size" (chuckles)
Yeee says: "That`s Haken and he can a lot more then just stealing himself into the vastdeep sea , getting a fishtail and turning sleeping elves into an overgrown string bean of an elf! Thank you VERY much, Haken, now undo!"
The High One  sighs ironically: "Aaaawwww, that fine work I did on you, and I should turn you again into this short chubby  child-form? By no means!"

*sits in awe staring at Mer-Haken* Gorgeous!

Haken waves kingly with the back of his hand towards the small elves.
The sewing machine sews the fabrics wrong together and turns it into a tangle.
Yeee groans and fetches the mess of wrapstuff -fabric , trying to divide the wrong stitched fabrics but it just makes an ugly sound of it being ripped apart. "Ouch!" she says, giving it contritely back to Vaeri.
