| Beautifully done Amber and just adore Winterleaf. Who was the first one though? I recognize her, but can't remember the name. | |

| Embala I just saw your dwarf version of ForestFlame, she looks so cute I bet the bangs were a problem, but why was it a problem to make her plain? I woulden't mind if you went all out with her outfit, it might give me inspiration Katcombs I love your tiny couples, they are very well done I saw the arabian princess doll maker on dolldivine, and I had to try and make my sunvillagers. Sunburst Honeybum Mesrah Nuria, an elf made by Embala, who is part of my elf world. I could not make her hair right, but I think the alternative looks nice as well. And something for Embala, I hope you like. ___________________________________________________ Big thanks to Embala | |

| @Beryl !!!! WOW!! Welcome new additions, they all look stunning! I especially love the addition of Nuriah in there. I missed seeing Sunburst, it's been a while. http://www.azaleasdolls.com/dressupgames/arabian-princess.php Here's a quick link to the maker in cause any of us need it later Tynami ended up looking very classic... Change on the other hand ended up looking alot like her mom. I'll try and get Tywaves, Ribbon, Whitelighter and Countess out later... working overnight is throwing my whole day off. | |

I really like this arabian princess dollmaker, I love how Tynami turned out, those freckles looks really good on her, and so does the green jewels. Ribbon looks so sweet, and I allway liked Tywaves colors, I perfer the second one fo her with brighter hair ___________________________________________________ Big thanks to Embala

| *looks at thread* So many pretties! This will take time! Be patient with me, dolling friends. Thank you for the kind words on your "dwarfified" trio, Kat. It was a pleasant challenge to capture the look of your girls in this style. And I see - I've missed to do one! *wonders whether I could add Ribbon somewhen* Looking at your gorgeous sprites right now ... *amazing* ... let's see who I'll still recognize after so many weeks. My guy Stormcaller is first! Pardon... our guy ^^ Complete with beard and seaweed necklace. And His son Rol stands next to him - dark and handsome. ^^ Yes, I add lively imagination ... your detailed work makes it so easy! Marble looks energetic ... and gracious - with just the right quantum of gold for a Troll. ^^ Next guy is a bit of a riddle for me - Tinkertide is my vest guess. I connect the browns with him. The blue girl must be Redtide ... and next is Tangle without doubt! The pose is so fitting for her. This arrogant lad with golden glare can only be Finch. You've captured little Twitterfin as the playful pip she is, Kat! Of course Petunia must take care of its Highthings. You make awesome use of Elwing's delicate base! The next one ... silvery hair and cold colors tell me she's Crystal Ice. This hair actually looks like semitransparent ice. Duskbite - strong and active and beautiful. And this delicate one must be Shymist. *chuckles* The unicats make a visit. Colorful additions. Hmm... this style and color palette still makes think of the society reporters from Masque. Two more Storm Elves - camouflaged Seaglade just like she might mischievously hide in the weaweed and colorful "auntie" Violet. Sweetdusk lives to her name - she's such a sweet beauty. No wonder you've kept her. And my dear Starpearl - looking so shy again. I see her star! ^^ Two Questers left. Honey turned out gorgeous, Kat! I can almost see her feathers flow with the movement. This was for something rather old - the first dollz posted after I've dropped out completely. Now for something very new ... ... something very surprising and very much welcome! Beryl! I've hoped for so long you would show up again. *hugs tight* You made my day when you've brought back your characters. I've missed them. This Arabian Princess maker is just made for your Desert flowers! Beautiful Sunburst, still very young, looking forward to her first "dance of veils" at the Festival with the other maidens. I love that there is orange in her gown - a nod to the color sheme of her deceased father. Mischievous Honeybum, true to her original colors and style, waiting for her date to "watch the stars" tonight. The hairdo suits her so well. Even Mesrah has found an elegant new dress and is proud and happy to see her daugher among the dancers. She has chosen a veil in the color of the night sky for the occation. Last not least - our Nuriah. She turned out perfect. Her style, the colors with the bit of green - and even her hair. It's so much better than you think, Beryl - Nuriah doesn't have shot hair. Imagine it curly with a short braid she uses to pin up partly in the neck. But she likes to have some variance at times. Your choice of facial features and expressions add so much the the characters ... it shows who they are. And I like the backgrounds - very in-character. And ... Embala is visiting for the Festival!. She's gorgeous - so totally her elvin self. Dressed for the occasion - inbetween Wolfrider and Sunfolk style. The cape rounds out the wanderer's outfit - with her jewel as cherry on the cake. Thank you so much for those awesome gifts, Beryl. *hugs and dances* And thank you for your wonderful Desert Elves. Hmmmm... I'm sure your other girls are hidden in this maker, too! Maybe the dressed up for the visit a bit ... but you can make them true to themselves. *hinthint* There's at least one I miss - young Raspberry is a desert maiden too! Look what you've started, Beryl! New dollz again - katkombs got inspired and I'm tempted, too. There are two or three more olf my girls fo make ... I'm glad you like dwarfen ForestFlame, Beryl. *chuckles* I had to make her extensions for the bangs. ^^ I've made those dwarf quite a while ago - when the EDA group still existed on the old Scroll. and I wanted to make each one as close as possible to their original look - recognizable without doubt. ForestFlame was a girl who liked simple and practical clothing without eyecatching adornements. She liked it "schlicht" ... not sure if plain is the right translation. Maybe ... "ligefrem" in Danish? (dictionary suggested it). (I've just started to comment - I'll be back for all the others I've missed)___________________________________________________ Indem du etwas tust, das dir oder jemand anderem gefällt, erschaffst du bereits einen Wert.

| Embala Thank you for your warm welcome and feedback I hope to stay for a while this time before other things demand my attention and energi or before I loose my inspiration as it uselly happends. I like Sunburst wearing orange too, I think it suits her very well, and as you said, is a nod to her father whom she was very close with. With Honybum I didn't think the straight halflengh hairstyle suited her very well, so I decided to try something different with her hair, I ajm very pleased with it. I am so happy that you think Nuria turned out perfect I know Nuria dosen't have short hair, but an elgant updo. I thought I coulden't do her justice in her elegance if I didn't give her that hairstyle. It is a good thing she likes to change up her hairstyle once in a while then I can experiment a little with it. So happy you like Embala I wanted to make her a nice sunvillager outfit, but I could not help putting a bit of wolfrider in there, so I tied it together with a cape since she is an experienced wanderer. OMG! you are so right I forgot Raspberry sad to say that this has often been the case I made her right away I am working on my forest elves right now. I want to make 3 versions of Forestflame, because of the sweet things you said about her classic outfit, you are right it is practical, and simple, which can be a very good thing. You made me apreciate her classic outfit much more than I have done for quite a while, thank you ___________________________________________________ Big thanks to Embala | |

| Aww there's your darling Raspberry! She looks surprised, almost shy ... just arrived at the desert village after long years with the Forest Dwellers. I love her natural berry colors. And the background hints her heritage - desert oasis and forest. I'm looking forward to see your other girls, Beryl ... be it in almost traditional forest duds or in more fancy Festival gowns. Feel free to play with my characters - my wanderers like to adept to their guest tribes. And Nuriah - she's your, too! Let me see her through your eyes. Welcome back, Vaeri! *waves* I'd love to see your Vaeri show up in the dollz thread again. Maybe even "traditional" Vaeri - I've missed her remarkable color contrasts. Or - if mood meets time - a developement from sun to wood to water ... to Red Snake. ^^ As usual you've embraced new makers and made best use of them, Kat! I love to see "classic" Tynami, complete with shoulder wrap. Love her freckles and your creative use of different "greens". Oh, I see very much Change in the second one. Her colors. Her leg wraps. A style that reminds me of Elfttanner's awesome drawing. And a slightly variant hairdo - not unusual. ^^ Ribbon lives to her name. Powdry colors and ribbons to dance with. Last not least my darling Tywaves showing off her new pearl collection. I like the "paler" version - makes her look more delicate and gracious. This tiny wolf base was just made for you, Kat! Some of them look very famliar but I couldn't tell who's who and where they belong to. Very distinkt with the different fur colors, pattern and marks. First one is Pebbles? You've played with ears and head fur and shaggyness to make each ot them a character of its own! Tillawill on all the makers - awesome job, Prism! I like the new shades of teal with wine-red accents. She looks slightly anooyed but sweet in her watery realm - her outfit is a gread reminiscence to Winnowill's undersea style. Sad and pensive in the second one ... the warms of the fire doesn't really fit her cool color scheme, tho. Magical and on the darker side on the Magical Elf maker - the belt works great with the pearl adornements! Powerful in the next one - winnowill's attitude shows through. Tillawill pixie is so cute pooting and plotting. XD I love the effect of her hair changing from blonde to green ... adds to the duality of the character. And it illustrates that she must be a "cold" type of blonde. Pretty Pixie is a wonderful finish for the Tillawill parade. Sad and pensive like Tillaweed and she has the changing hues of blonde/green again. I really like her new design. These were the most recent doll posts .... now I'll work my way backwards to comment on on those I've missed ... slowly but steadily! ___________________________________________________ Indem du etwas tust, das dir oder jemand anderem gefällt, erschaffst du bereits einen Wert.

| well embala you asked, and i'm delivering....XD too bad the arabian is kinda boring without drag n drops, so she's missing a lot of stuff, but the over all feel is there at least...? and i'm gonna share what i posted in the Swiftverse thread here, cause i made some what if son's for Wingthing's Swift and Rayek!...with some drabbles and information.^^ “And to think... I always feared any male cub of mine might take after Bearclaw...”
Swift supposed her fate had been sealed the moment she uttered those words all those millenia ago. She had considered herself fortunate with Sunstream and Venka. She had thought perhaps Gypsy was the closest but still a miss. But it seemed the High Ones were determined to see her suffer.
And suffer she did, she thought wearily as she looked at her youngest son. He was muscular and fit as his father had been in his own youth, with richly colored brown hair that was recklessly wild and tangled despite its shorter length and fair skin like his sister Gypsy. His eyes were as golden as Rayek and Venka's, like a mountain lion. But despite the absence of her wolfblood, he had gotten canines as sharp as any true blooded Wolfrider.
He was just probably almost as bad as her old mad sire had been. This cub was as wild as a feral wolf, constantly bearing a feral grin to match. He was always playing tricks, on anyone and everyone, both benign and malevolent. He was vicious, and a terror in the hunt, his chosen weapon a whip. A rarity in the Great Holt but not without its uses. He spent more time with his wolf than he did anyone else. And High One's forbid someone get his temper started. It usually required a good clout to the head to make him stop.
“Wonderful thing, Recognition.” She muttered, and her son only smirked wickedly in response.Obviously as i sat debating on how to create sons, i remembered this little remark from Swift waaay back in the beginning of Alternaverse. and while Gypsy Moth surely embodied a few of Bearclaw's traits, this lad is probably Bearclaw reincarnate. except unable to kill the tribe and doesn't abuse people randomly. XD i have no idea whether he'd have a descriptive name like Gypsy and Sunstream, or even things out with a sound name like Venka, so he's not named. but i really like the look of him! a callback to the good old wild Wolfriders in this modern age. Swift watched proudly as her youngest son stood at a distance from a target, his bowstring drawn taut and his golden gaze focused forward. He was still for a long moment, as if a part of the forest, before a soft sigh of breath and the arrow flew, as if propelled by it. Unsurprisingly, it landed in the center, a kill if she had ever seen it. She smiled and slipped off the branch she had been comfortably nestled in and approached her son.
He turned to her with a gentle smile that brought back memories of Joyleaf's smile. Indeed, her son seemed to recall his grandmother with nearly every action and word, despite the fact he had his father's eyes and his hair was a far darker color than hers or Sunstreams. He was a mystic to be sure, like his elder brother Sunstream, yet he seemed to be more down to the ground instead of in the sky. A gentle, solemn wisdom. It was many a time he had soothed tempers with a soft word, or suggested a solution to a problem that had baffled more experienced elves. And his warnings whenever given were to be heeded.
Had Venka not been her firstborn, Swift had no doubt she would have chosen her youngest son to lead the Wolfriders. And she knew they would have been in the best of hands.this was totally unintentional, but i guess since i did a Bearclaw fashioned kid, i then subconciously to do one more Joyleaf inspired, hence the green leathers! I like the thought he'd be more of a wolfrider than Sunstream, but with an earthy kind of wisdom rather than the dreamy one Sunstream had. okay this guy i have no drabble, just a phrase. Cold Fire. figured Swift and Rayek might as well have an unholy redhead spawn in both universes ^^ so he gets redhair from his great to the nth grandma Huntress Skyfire, though he wears it similar to how Rayek does. but he's very much a child of the current generation, which is why the fashion and even the tattoo or paint around his eye in a nice shiny gold color. so pretty much Cold Fire describes his personality. Fiery and cool at the same time.^^

| Awsome wolfs Katcombs!! Vaeri Your girl looks great, I really like her blue outfit. I was missing drag and drop in that doll maker as well, but according to the notes, drag and drop + male charcters will be added when they make it into an Arabic scene maker - I am really looking forward to that. And its fun seeing how you played around with ideas of how other sons of Swift and Rayek might be like, I especially like Gold Fires design. Here are my forest gals made on teh arabian princess maker. ForestFlame in her original outfit - I had trouble giving ehr bangs that I thought looked nice on her, so I left them out. An idea for a new outfit - I decided to try and make a new outfit for ForestFlame instead of updating her old one. An idea for ForestFlames sunvillager outfit. Malus Mist (mother of Malus) Silverhand Thornless Starshine wearing the outfit she wore when young. Starshine wearing the outfit she wore when she was a mother. ___________________________________________________ Big thanks to Embala | |
