| I'm feeling very uncoordinated and awkward after another private session with my new pilates teacher. Lots of aches and pains and my body is telling me I'm no longer a cub, but damn it I refuse to give up and will do my very best to age gracefully. I've conquered worse physical ailments not so long ago...so I just have to keep focused. I keep thinking of all the older people who wisely told me this happens to everyone when you get older, and in my youth I rarely listened to them. I guess you have to experience it first hand to really understand, lol. Gosh, I don't recall which loaf of bread I was baking that day. I'm still very much an amateur and there is so much to learn...so much info and there are some very snobby bread people out there...yikes! All those pictures of perfect artisan loves...blah. It's all about the eating! At least for me...although I will admit I do take pictures of every loaf when it comes out of the oven. Tee hee! | |
