| Bit sad, and I know it's kinda silly. Guess that's what I get from becoming too emotionally invested in the sport I follow, but seriously, I had hoped that maybe we could have fewer deaths this year, and by "fewer" I meant "no deaths". Well... that ship has already sailed.

| The reason I said it's silly is because I didn't even know the guy, not even in the I quite like following his career kind of way. The type of races he did are different from those I mainly follow.

| I feel bummed because my emergency crown fell out for the second time. The first time I was eating a new type of candy that turned out to be sticky so I thought it was my own stupid fault. But this time I was eating chocolate (not sticky) (because it's that time of the month so I had to eat chocolate!) and still it fell out and now I feel like: do I have to eat only apples for two weeks until they can place the real crown?  ___________________________________________________  | |

| Congrats on your anniversary Kwordgrazer!!!  I'm doing okay...still dealing with physical ailments and taking it easy...and trying not to get frustrated. My Pilates teacher continues to be amazing and is helping me a lot but more doctor appointments are pending...I'm used to chronic pain but it hasn't flared up this bad in many years. Not being able to do Tai Chi really sucks but until my ankles are healed I have to be very careful about putting extra weight on them. But it was a great feeling to walk a mile or so today to go shopping...had to rest when I got home and then use some tiger's balm and have a foot soak. I am also eating very healthy and spending a lot of time stretching and giving my body time to heal. I think the universe is trying to teach me a little humility. And I'm listening. | |
