| I know how you feel Rainflower, my mom joined an exercise class and got me to go with her a couple times. I hurt for days in my abs after one particular workout session. | Woke up with a headache much too early in a too cool flat without cat-cuddles (cuz mich too early).
Upsides:
- I can fight headache - and it already works!

I feel good! My arms were hurting a lot yesterday, after overexerting one and getting vaccinated in the other. Now there is just a dull ache in them. | Happy and a bit nervous about meeting my new girlfriend's family this Christmas. Just two more weeks until we fly out there. I will do my best to be polite and charming but I'm keeping my Treestump beard.  And also feeling thankful that I can randomly talk about matters of the heart at this little corner of the Internet. So many of my friends and family and are in unhappy marriages/relationships and trying to talk to them is an exercise in futility...and the few that will listen are a bit too nosey for my tastes!  You know some days you just need to get some things off your chest...and this is a great place to do it.  | |
